For what it’s worth, I don’t waste my time posting bad reviews, so when I write a review, it’s a raving review.
It’s very rare that I go to any Applebees but I stopped in this Applebees because it was the only place open in the area that had the NBA available to watch.
Originally I wasn’t planning on eating anything but I eventually ordered a “bowl” of pork chile verde. When the waitress (Monica) brought it out, I was in disbelief of the tiny portion I received and long story short, I told Monica to take it back because I was disgusted with the insulting and disrespectful portion Applebees was offering.
Shortly after I rejected the tiny “cup” of soup, Shawna (manager) approached me in attempt to make sure I was satisfied with their service and offered to bring me a double order at no extra charge.
At the end of the night I couldn’t believe that I just had the absolute best experience I’ve had at any Applebees (let alone most restaurants).
It was crystal clear that Shawna is an anomaly when it comes to leadership. I witnessed the loyalty and camaraderie the entire staff had, all thanks to Shawna’s incredible leadership skills (most of which are natural for her).
Outstanding customer service from start to finish. They even comped me a 20oz beer
I’ve held leadership positions for over 20 years now, helping several businesses hire, train and develop hundreds of employees, and all I can say is Shawna and her team are AMAZING!!!
I will absolutely be returning to this Applebees.

The portions were very small for the price. The ribs were dry and had very little meat and the brownie was only like a two inch little corner of a piece. I normally don’t post bad reviews, but what I got seemed like scraps.

Ok, this was the worst takeout experience I think I’ve ever had. We ordered a bowl, a kids meal, and three burger meals with fries. The burgers were supposed to be ‘no pink’ and were not cooked enough to eat. They didn’t include forks for the bowl or Mac and cheese, no spoon for the yogurt, nor did they include ketchup for the fries or any napkins. Some of the lettuce in the bowl was brown and wilted as well but that’s probably being too picky. The ‘lettuce’ wrap means the put a piece of lettuce on top and a pice on the bottom of the patty. Very disappointing for my family back at the hotel.

Loree and Diana are amazing very attentive and out of all the Applebee’s I have not had one bad experience here I even just got to talk to the boss man and tell him what a great job his stuff is doing and in that telling him what a great job he did hiring his staff I definitely definitely definitely recommend Applebee’s no covers can anybody who is looking to unwind after a rough day or enjoy a meal with their family or even just people watch this is a great place and Tyler the manager was awkward with compliments but a great leader

They were able to accommodate a group of 20 and did very well at serving. Drinks and food was fast despite being a large group. This is more than I can say about Flyers down the road. I had the bourbon burger and it was cooked great.

I recently had a great experience at Applebee’s! From the moment my friend and I stepped inside, the place felt super welcoming, and the staff was amazing.
A big reason our visit was so enjoyable was Shawna, the manager. She was incredibly friendly, greeting everyone with a warm smile and making us all feel right at home. You could really see her professionalism shine through. She kept a close eye on the dining room, making sure everything was running smoothly, and even helped us quickly and gracefully with a small question we had. It was clear she knows a lot about both the food and how the restaurant operates because she answered all our questions completely and confidently.
The food was delicious, and the whole team provided excellent service, but Shawna’s presence and leadership really made the experience stand out. It’s clear she expects nothing but the best when it comes to customer service. We’re definitely planning to go back very soon!

Boneless wing flavor was good , odd sizes and lacked sauce. Mac n cheese was tasteless and the sauce taste like milk. Potatoes were ok and the steak tasted good. I wanted a 12 ounce but they did NOT have any.
