Was at the drive thru at about 7:45 nov 18 . iI felt that I was interrupting each person I came into contact with. The person taking the order would hardly let me get a word out of my mouth without talking over me, is that all? Is that all? Let me speak and then you will know if that is all. I believe the woman taking the money wasvon the phone no receipt offered.but the young lady giving me my food was the worst. Practically threw the bag at me…. When I ask if there was ketchup in the bag( which I asked for when I ordered but he was not listening) you would think I was asking her to make the ketchup! She handed me the drink closed the window immediately and turned her back. I had ordered a large she gave me a medium. When I got her attention all she said was its a medium, and again walked away. So heres the deal the guy taking the order was not listening and didn’t put in the right order, I was not given a receipt so I could not prove what I paid for and the extremely rude young lady was not going to listen anyway. I don’t usually complain knowing everyone can have a bad moment but the entire staff is poor management

Newly remodeled clean fresh looking McDonalds. Had a play place – but VERY small. Seems better suited to smaller kids and toddlers. I can see this getting very busy on a weekend or school holiday. Staff seems proficient and no issues with order. Multiple nice areas to sit.

When it comes to fast food; consistency is key. This McDonalds always makes the order correctly. Filet O-Fish is always fresh. Fries are spot on, and can’t go wrong with a Big Mac. This location is further for me but for the value and consistency of service I have no problem going a couple extra miles for that peace of mind.

Good location for a McDonalds, clean, good staff, looks renovated recently.
They have a play area for toddlers and small kids that you can leave kids to play at and have a peaceful food experience.
Ample parking, speedy service and drive thru helps make this a frequent favourite.

I ordered a spicy McCrispy deluxe, a plain triple cheeseburger, and a large fry. When I got home and took my food out of the bag I was greeted with a half full large fry, and the McCrispy looked like it had been tossed around before given to me. On top of that, the fries were cold, not room temp, cold. Luckily my cheeseburger was fine.

I am here right now. You should tell that rude girl to change her attitude taking orders at the drive thru. Her behavior is unacceptable.
EDIT: I am not positive of the manager’s name (It could have been Lee Anne?), and I have been meaning the edit this review for awhile. This was a few weeks ago, and the girl at the drive thru came across as bothered. I also received over salted fries. I called and spoke with the manager and she was very kind and fixed the issue. She even replaced the fry as a larger size and apologized for the girl taking my order. Thank you, Lee Anne!

The other day come thru sat at the drive thru waiting to order for few minutes and the. Thought we’ll the parking lot lights aren’t on so maybe they had to close. Nope, as I drive by the guy is sitting I. The window on his phone! Today I go and this is what a get! It is always something at this location it seems!

Well-managed McDonald’s. They have worked hard to improve their business since covid. Not sure why all these nitpickers are leaving negative reviews… I’ve have not ever had a problem there other than things that are understandable like short-staffing. Complaining about what toy your kid gets in the Happy meal. Really?
Way better than the one on Richardson Road. Don’t ever go to that one they close early with no notification. With people waiting in the Drive-Thru line for up to 25 minutes, they just turn on a recording and dog everybody that’s been waiting. This happens early in the evening not late night. Last time it happened at 8:37pm Ridiculous! What business of any kind closes at 8:37. They wont update their Google listing. I brought this to the attention of the useless manager and instead of owning up to the issue and taking care of it he made excuses and said he couldn’t do anything about it. Which is false he could easily fix it himself or if he couldn’t he can notify his district manager. To be clear this is the one on Richardson road not the one on Maple I am taking about.
