Honestly the service is genuinely pretty good, very polite in the drive-thru, generally decent communicators. Wendy’s is always pretty solid in their burger game but at this particular location, in 7 years I can honestly say I have never had fresh fries or nuggets, not one time and always cold, well below safe food service temperatures, and clearly old based on texture. Basically the only chance you have is to order them without salt and theoretically they will cook fresh ones and then you can just add salt. It’s just a small matter of quality control but one that is clearly missing here and hopefully one that is easy for management to correct but it’s been pervasive over an extended period. Beyond that it’s one of the better fast food options in the area.

Visited Wendys located off the main road in Ellensburg! Ordered a chicken cesar salad it had too much cheese and the chicken was stale. Not a big fan of complaining so I just ate it. Specially considering that it was the beginning or lunch time so it should of been fresh? The service was good and fast, only feedback was that there were a few groups in the front area and also the french fry fryer which made it look very unprofessional. You got time to lean you got time to clean. But with the new generations it must be a tough market to find the right employees. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, baby changing station was out of order. Outside of the restaurant always looks amazing in this location.

Ordered off the mobile app picked up through drive up window. Order was a Dave’s double, small fry wife ordered a bacon double stack no veggies. We got a kids double bacon burger (small) and the Dave’s double. There is no way you can mix up burgers that bad they are two different sizes. This store has gone to hell. People need to watch what they are doing. It maybe fast food but its not a race to get food out to the car. Slow down watch the order screen and get it right.

We always stop at this Wendy’s on our way from Spokane to Olympia. Cody and the crew never disappoint. The staff is great, store is clean, and they always seem very happy that we stopped in. This is my go to travel stop. Big thumbs up to Cody and the crew!

Fast and quick. Docked 1 star bc I has asked for specific items on my sandwich and not all of them appeared. Food still tasted good and was nice and hot.

The burgers that I ordered were rubbery and super salty. It didn’t appear that they were cooked on a grill at all. Not to mention that the inside appeared dirty and unkempt.

Ordered a chicken ranch wrap and a Asiago chicken sandwich, got home and neither item had lettuce on them and the chicken sandwich the chicken was hard to bite through an and barely warmed, they tried to make up for no lettuce on the wrap by dowsing it in extra ranch I guess. Terrible meal.
