Very friendly people that speak to you when you walk in and check on u constantly. I ordered a t-bone steak with cooked jalapeño peppers and onion, eggs and bacon. DJ Lex was my server. She was wonderful. The cook did a great job on the food and he was extremely quick. The steak well was cooked and not too salty perfect temperature and taste. The eggs were scrambled all the way through and the bacon was a perfect texture. Also, I believe the lady that smiled at me and waved from the back was the manager. She came out and spoke to me. She asked. “What did you order this morning”? I love that. She had a bubbly, bright personality that represented the restaurant very well and they all knew their regular customers very well. I loved that they made sure I enjoyed my meal and said a farewell when I left. This is the best Waffle House I have ever stepped foot in. They all deserve a raise. Excellent customer service.

Best waffle house that I have been to yet, as soon as you walk in the door everyone says good morning and it’s very cheerful. The service is outstanding and the waitresses make sure they ask if you need anything every couple of minutes, the food was absolutely delicious, even though they were busy it only took about 5 minutes to get our food. Even with our co waitress that was training, she did and amazing job. I made sure I left our waitress a great tip I definitely will be going back because it was the greatest atmosphere and much needed. Thank you to all the staff!

My friend and I were traveling for her Family Reunion. This was a great stop in the middle of our road trip Jai was a terrific server. She was very attentive and sweet. We ate till our bellies were full. Food was really good!

Overall good experience having breakfast here. Food was served quickly and warm. Waitress was ok. Sausage bowl was good but the sausage almost looked like was left over sausage patties. Prices were high for breakfast meals.

Needed a meal today. Only place was Waffle House in Jacksonville on Western. What a great meal it was. The staff was energetic and joyful. The food was well prepared and tasty. They have renewed my faith in Waffle House. I will eat there again.

Charred bacon, half raw waffle, 2 hours to sit, eat and walk out. This has been the longest we have ever spent eating at Waffle House and it was NOT during the rush hour on a Sunday morning. Eggs over done as the egg is to break and smother over the Texas toast … well, the yoke was solidly cooked and there was no egg drizzle. Server was nice and soft-spoken. The turnaround time to get our meal delivered to our table was at least 40 minutes and was slowwww to say the least. As I approached the cashier, the manager had just checked out a male customer and he walked away and took another worker with him to the back. The waitresses were counting their receipts and I was left there to wait to get checked out. Finally, another waitress came to check me out after 3 mins or so. Somehow the quality and timely service of this location got done away with in their recent renovations. Disappointed, yes.
