Drive-thru service was horrible. We asked a few questions about the new items on the menu and really didn’t get any feedback. The double stacked tacos and New Avacado chicken wrap had no meat! And we paid $24 dollars for our food. Totally not acceptable!!!

Decided to go in since there were new menu items and I hant been there for a bit. No one at the counter. No one greeted me. A kiosk at the end of the counter. Ok. Created my order. Chose Cash option. Waited. Gentleman from the back kitchen comes up, did you place an order? Yes, paying cash. Did you get drinks? Yes, 2. Hands me cups. Goes back to his job. More wait. Cars pull up. A guy walks in and places an order. Cars leave. Guy gets his order. “Excuse me. Where’s my order?” Where did you order? The kiosk. Did you pay? No. No one was here. Paying cash. As they look. Yes. Oh. Your order didn’t go without paying. More wait.
Gentleman from the back comes out. I’m really sorry. I didn’t know when I came out you hadn’t paid. He hands me a free taco card. Just curious why the manager didn’t do anything?
Bottom line: Bye Taco Bell. I have been a TB fan since High School. With the degradation of service and quality I have seen in the past few years, it is time to move on. I will be enjoying my fast food tacos at a food truck or Del Taco. Both still provide good service and food.

They don’t fry the Chalupa shells properly anymore and instead comes out looking more like a Gordita with a raw doughy shell more akin to flatbread. Tastes like trash. Waste of money. Do better.

I ordered online with the app. For the sauce I secluded sour cream and guacamole for my quesadilla. It didn’t give a put it on the side option, but I assumed that was common sense. No. They put sour cream and guacamole in my quesadilla.

As a courtesy to Taco Bell I did not drive my semi through their drive thru at 11:50pm. But they refused to serve me as a walk up. No explanation. Sorry my career conflicts with your policies.

This location has become such a great place to eat. The management, the team, the food, and the service seem to be firing on all cylinders lately.
They make me feel welcome, and the food tastes so much better when the people create that kind of atmosphere. Kudos to the managers and all team members for what they’ve created there!

terrible service….chicken cantina bowl no guac no sour cream…asked me to bring back…live 30 mins away…said can be no compensation at a later day…will not be going back

Had to go to a kiosk because no one would come to the counter. Ordered a crunch wrap Supreme. Almost no meat what so ever. Asked for extra sour cream, didn’t get any extra either.
