The food is good but whoever the manager is right now handing out orders has a real attitude problem. I walked in and stood in line, 2 in front of me. And she asks me, what am I here for? The person in front of me asked for something extra and she had an attitude. I asked for 5 packets of ketchup and said thank you when she handed me my food and rolled her eyes. This literally just happened. 1pm 12/16/25. If I didn’t like the fresh food so much I probably go elsewhere. She needs customer service training. Lady with purple hair.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked if I could have a extra cup to share with my frosty with my daughter and the white lady said “yes but its going to cost you extra” so when i asked how much extra she told me the same price i paid for a frosty. So I told her i will just add the extra frosty and she started cussing and slammed the door on my face. I will not be going back here !

Trash……just go to Long john silver next door….I bet they giving out fresh food….my fries were cold and old like they had been refried, single was dry and flavorless. This Wendy’s wasn’t even busy and still gave out trash food!

Bad experience at this location. Did not have the basics(napkins, tenders, large bags). Staff was uncooperative. Drink dropped, attempting to carry all the small bags given. Manger refused to give me her name.

Everyone in Westland was next door at Long John Silver’s grand opening….so why was Wendy’s passing out ice cold fries and no customers????? Couldn’t give out fresh food to your only customer that night??

My experience was good cashier was awesome there was a problem with food it wasn’t made how I asked and I had to pay extra for add on I got to my destination and food was wrong I called back and got yelled at told I didn’t order from that location although I was holding receipt in my hand after she stop yelling and started listening problem resolved I understand being busy but customer service from the manager is horrible I pride myself on treating people how I like to be treated and I felt as if I were 2yrs old getting scolded for ordering my food how I like it and paying for it

Your employees are rude and lack customer service skills. The woman at the window was constantly over talking me when I was trying to place my order. It was the lady with the rusty nose ring and a horrible attitude. Might be a supervisor, might not be, but she is too dry and lacks the minimum amount of people skills to speak at a drive through window. The young man that gave me my food was very nice and personable during my brief interaction. Maybe he should handle the interactions with customer and keep her far away.
