This was our 2nd trip here. The first was just as good as this one. Wanted to highlight this one because of the fact it was Valentine’s night and the parking lot was packed. However, we put our name in at 6, we were seated within 10 mins. The night got even better once we met our server Anna! See is an absolute rock star! All of the staff seemed busy, focused and caring! Anna never stopped and constantly took time to check on us and our food, speaking of food….. OMG, the grilled chicken is to die for, the shrimp was great, all of their food, on both occasions, has been fabulous. We are from Burlington, NC and go to Danville regularly . Really glad our daughter introduced us to this place. We will definitely be returning! Don’t take my word for it…. GO!! ✌

The outside temperature was 42 degrees and inside the restaurant the air was blowing,waited a little longer than normal for our food, and once it was brought to the table it was barely warm. Very nice waitress,asked her twice if the air could be adjusted, she said she would speak with the manager. Very disappointed with my visit today, after driving almost an hour to get to this establishment.

I had the 3 item, fried basket and it was DELICIOUS Jumbo, shrimp, flounder and scallops were fried to golden brown perfection! Heather was my server and such a delight! And the food runner was an adorable girl who was so nice, as well. The price was excellent for the portions and I made two meals out of it. I’ll def be back next time I visit my hometown Danville.

This place has amazing portions of seafood! I got the popcorn shrimp and popcorn chicken and my plate was completely covered! The cakes… You must get a big slice.. so many flavors to choose from! Incredibly affordable food seafood. Go if you are in Danville!

I’ve been to this place 3 times & it’s always been a great pleasure. Waiters are super nice, they get your order right the 1st time (I don’t think he even wrote it down) and the food was out to me within ten minutes of placing the order. If you love good seafood (and they have other options as well) and are in the Danville VA area, stop by. And it’s only about 10 minutes from the casino

Appearance for this place is a plus. Unique style on the outside and a familiar, local area seafood restaurant style on the inside. The shrimp I had was better than most places in the area.
The one downside was the staff wasn’t very polite. One of the hosts was, but the other two at the counter were very starey. Wait staff wasn’t rude, but I wouldn’t say polite.

Absolutely some of the best seafood in the area A true casual diner style restaurant that knows how to specialize in well cooked seafood of many types, and caters to their patrons with excellent quality & portions the side dishes are also great, and their selection of homemade cakes are awesome!!
Excellent place for lunch, dinner, with family or friends. You won’t leave hungry, their portions are substantial. I wish they had this place as a national franchise

It was dirty and the food was well below average. We had been wanting to go, it was for my husband’s birthday, very unimpressed. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, even though her kids were there and eating.

Atmosphere: Everyone looked extremely unhappy that a group of ladies was coming in one hour and half before closing.
Food: Fish was good and hot, but potatoes was warm (didn’t melt the butter).
Service: Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Our experience was with the management. A small spring was found in the clam chowder, which scratch the top of my mouth. We called the waitress over and she got the manager. Manager said ” oh it must have fell off of something in the kitchen, took the spring and walked away” She didn’t ask if I was alright, nor did she apologize at that moment. Our waitress came over and continued to apologize and took the ticket. Once we got ready to leave , then the manager came out apologize and states that she hopes our experience doesn’t deteriate us from visiting them again. Just awful!

My wife placed a order to be picked up . 2 orders of the chicken tenders w/ baked potato & slaw . I waited for for 5-10 min .I had my flashing lights but no one came out .so I went in. there was four teenagers standing in there .I told the girl my name for the order. When she came back she only had one order . Thoses teenagers aren’t doing their job . Standing around & talking. And not seeing if customers are outside waiting on their pickup orders
