I am a single diner and came for the Southwest Egg Rolls and the chicken enchilada soup. My server, Sarah, was attentive because I asked for the side salad and suggested the upgrade that included tortilla chips and salsa. I ordered a watermelon iced tea and asked that all of my items be served at the same time.
It’s never a disappointment and the food was delicious. I was happy to have leftovers for later. My experience with the server is what is the icing on the cake. She was friendly and easy-going and polite and she knew the menu well. I love when suggestions are made to the client and she did that. The hostess wanted to seat me in a sunny area and I asked to be moved to a darkened booth area and I was accommodated. Coming from a family whose father was a multi restaurant owner I am always very observant and aware of my experience. And today’s experience was great. Thank you Sarah!

The waiter was doing a good job. Had the shrimp fajitas they were good. Our son always gets the triple appetizer plate. The best dish is the quesadilla explosion.

Went to dinner by myself, they were so busy but my QP burger came out in a respectable amount of time, and it was delicious.
My waitress was still very attentive to me even with all the tables she was working, and even the manager (Michael I think) came and asked me how everything was. 10/10 will be here again but with company next time! Thank you for an enjoyable night with great food and service.

Our food was delicious and we got it fairly quick. Margarita was very good. Service was great! Table was uneven, it was too close to seat on one side and sat on the edge of the seat to reach the table on the other side. Maybe sit couples away from crying children? 🙂

Double Old-timer with cheese was unbelievable great taste, big sized patties.. Loved it.. I ordered online and waited in the curbside for pick up. Service was satisfactory.. The big fries was a perfect combination with the Old-timer with cheese burger.. I have tried the BBQ brisket burger which was also great experience.. totally worth it I would say..

From the moment we walked in, this Chili’s location made a great first impression—it was very clean and welcoming. We did have about a 15-minute wait, but honestly, that’s nothing compared to the 50-minute waits at Texas Roadhouse, so I didn’t mind at all.
One of the main reasons I love this location is because the employees are always so kind and attentive, and this visit was no exception. We were seated in a booth section, which was comfortable and thoughtfully chosen.
We ordered two entrées and a kids’ meal. I’m very picky when it comes to steak, so I ordered mine medium rare, topped with thick shrimp, and substituted the broccoli for a house salad with ranch. Let me tell you—this restaurant did not disappoint.
The salad was packed, fresh, and delicious, and I really appreciated the extra detail of adding salt and pepper—it made a big difference. And the steak? Absolutely amazing. Juicy, cooked perfectly medium rare, full of flavor, and super yummy. The shrimp were thick and paired so well with the steak.
Our waitress, Michaela, was outstanding. She checked on us often, made sure everything was perfect, brought refills without us asking, and kept our chips coming consistently (which I loved because their chips are one of my favorites). She got our order 100% correct, which is always appreciated.
The manager even stopped by our table to make sure everything was okay, which shows how much they care about their guests. Our daughter’s kids’ meal arrived on time and was very filling—she was happy, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, this Chili’s location delivered on great food, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Between the juicy steak, attentive staff, and thoughtful details, it was a truly enjoyable visit. Can’t wait for our next Chili’s fix! ️

This Chili’s location has really upped its game in the past year. We’ve been here a few times and the food has always been top notch. My absolute favorite thing Chili’s does is the chips and salsa – the chips are thin restaurant-style tortilla chips with just the right amount of salt, and the salsa has a great taste, not to spicy, but just the right flavor. My second favorite thing is the 3 for Me deal. Chili’s introduced this a few months ago, and in this current economic environment, it’s nice to have a restaurant that helps us save a few bucks. The 3 for Me offers an appetizer, an entree, and a drink for $10.99. This is a great deal these days. We usually get the chips and salsa to share for the table (it’s bottomless!) and I get the burger or chicken sandwich, which are both outstanding. In fact, the chicken sandwich is better than Chick-Fil-A and Popeye’s famous sandwiches combined, and it’s big enough to cut in half and take half home for the next day. Add to that a drink, usually an iced tea. Another fantastic dish is the three protein fajitas, with shrimp, beef, and chicken. Also big enough to either share or take half home for later. If I’m by myself, I get the 3 for Me, if with others, one of us gets the fajitas and everyone shares. There are ways to still go out to a restaurant and enjoy a nice meal, even in this rough economy. Chili’s makes it happen.

We had our order TOGO and our fries were missing from the half rack or ribs. We called and the girl who I spoke to argued that the fries were included. The other item ordered was SW egg rolls and they were basically cold to the touch and soft. It was disgusting overall. I was so frustrated with the argument that I hung up the phone before speaking to a manager. Being in the restaurant industry for many years and actually working for this company for almost 10 years, I was extremely disappointed and will never go back, certainly not to this location. Most likely will never go to a chili’s again. Gross and over priced food with rude service.
