This is a really neat place that I’ve heard such great things about for a few years and finally had the opportunity to try. There is indoor and outdoor seating, two bars to get a wide variety of beers and drinks, and a la tuna grill also (you can order in the grill building which also has indoor and outdoor seating or at the bar area, which is a separate but very close building). I got a fried shrimp poboy which was delicious and I would get again (the bread was too soft for an authentic poboy but nonetheless it was delicious) and my friend got a smashburger. There is a small parking lot and plenty of street parking

This was our first time here and it was a very pleasant experience. There was a bit of a wait standing in line to get our order in but that’s a good thing when people enjoy the food and come back.
The food came out within 15mins after placing our order and everything was seasoned well. Everything tasted fresh and the chef definitely knows his stuff. He was killing it!! The food was all on point and we will definitely be coming back.
The waitress was doing an amazing job. She is the epitome of what a great waitress should and strive to be. She was very courteous and being very attentive to not just our table but everyone else around us, making sure cups are filled, and checking up to see if anything else is needed.
If you’ve never been here before, the place is perfect indoors and out. The parking is a bit small and would probably be easier to go during less busy times to find a parking spot. Also, do yourself a favor and get the hot skillet apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. You won’t regret it.

This place incredible. We stumbled upon it when the restaurant we were planning on going to had a 3 hour wait. I’m so glad we didn’t get into our first choice, this place was perfect. The best corn and the best coleslaw I’ve ever had in my life. Brisket was amazing, too. We ended up staying for quite a while to listen to the blues trio that was playing outside. They were the real deal, very talented dudes. This place is my favorite thing we’ve done on our entire trip. 10/10, no notes.

We were recommended to eat at La Tuna Grill by someone living in San Antonio. We started out with appetizers “Loaded Fries” and “La Tuna Wings”. We give those two thumbs up. Then for our main dish I ordered the “Cheesy Burger” (so amazing!), my husband ordered the “Beer Battered Fish and Chips” (he loved it) and our adult daughter ordered “Grilled Cheese and salad” (she enjoyed it). The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly (especially the cashier). We enjoyed getting to know her and we shared stories. As for parking – we stopped during a time it wasn’t busy and had no issue. Everything was great!! We can’t wait to visit and eat here again.

Excellent food Was delicious. Photos you will see great presentation food was warm and tasty. We sat up on the patio portion as it was away from benches. If you sit on the benches may get missed and was to crowded. We ordered blacken Grilled Chicken with had two fillets of chicken, really filling. Half order of mushrooms enough to feed 3-4 peeps. I had house salad. Was large portion with a coup of soup of the day witch was a large amount for the cup. You can go inside and order or sit at table then order or wait for staff to come to you but will get missed. I do recommend taking sweater as it’s chilly in spring time in San Antonio. 5 stars for good amount of food and atmosphere!

The items we tried (salmon sandwich and lamb feta hamburger) were good and the restaurant staff were polite. If your into smoked meats and a chill vibe this place is for you.
I’m not sure I’ll take the 45min drive down there without the bread pudding, fish tacos, and nopalitos since I came here for some “never let’s me down” comfort food. I was disappointed that the menu and drinks are completely different but that is just a personal preference and my fault for not reading the reviews.

The service here was stellar! After finding out it was our first time, the cashier gave us a thorough explanation of menu and restaurant. The indoor seating is a little cramped, but there are tons of outdoor seating, perfect for once the weather cools off. I tried the quesadillas which were fine, but their fish tacos really hit the spot!

This is one awesome establishment, great vibes, great selection of alcohol awesome dishes and super cool surroundings. Easy to access with Southtown and downtown a blink away. Not to mention the service was absolutely phenomenal, the prices for the portions of food were absolutely unbelievable, especially for where this place is located and for the quality of the food! Nothing short cuts about this place, all great food with quality product for a fair price!, by far has been one of the best places for me to visit while out cycling with friends.
