Service lately has been disappointing. I go quite often and have stopped due to my drink always being wrong. I have to ALWAYS ask for whipped cream even when ordering online and knowing it was supposed to come on the drink and it’s been not right. Sad!

My sister took me there it’s a cool coffee shop I would definitely recommend other try it if you like coffee it is the place to go and so we had 4 kids and 2 adults it was pretty fast cuz we went thru the drive thru

Have been going here since it opened and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The 2 girls and 1 guy working were rude and didn’t make anything correct. We did an online order they made both mediums instead of 1 being large and instead of remaking it they poured it in a large cup and filled with milk so coffee just tastes like Luke warm milk. Definitely will no go back to this location ever.

Would be nice to have a zero stars option because, this place isn’t even a 1 star. Cost more than Starbucks, coffee was cold and extremely weak, considering that I ordered a “quad shot”. Folgers decaf has more umph and flavor than the $7 cup that I got from this place. Pretty disappointing, so I’ll leave 5

I am in town visiting and wanted a treat for breakfast considering scooters is one of my favorites. The coffee was good. However, the breakfast burrito normally comes in its wrap and with a picante sauce pack. Instead they gave me a burrito with no picante sauce packet or covering. Not to mention there were 3 employees and one of them sat on the counter (unsanitary) and played on his phone in plain sight while the other two were working. Also wasn’t offered my receipt at all.

I went to Scooters for a cup of coffee. I was told they don’t have coffee but they can make an Americano instead. I asked for a mocha in that case for the same price as a coffee, they would not lower the price to the coffee one. How is a coffee shop open without brewed coffee. I offered to wait for a new batch to be made but pure silence. Needless to say I will not be returning to Scooters anymore

This place doesn’t sell coffee it’s dark milk at best, wish it was worth the money and wait. Would be more satisfying to get a McDonald’s coffee at least that has coffee in it and not just milk and sugar.
