We usually don’t use coupons, but we got some in the mail and decided to take advantage of the deals today. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The person who helped my husband with his order was rude and seemed completely bothered that he was using coupons and ordering two sandwiches. The customer service was so bad that he ended up ordering his sandwiches the same way just to leave faster.
I work in customer service myself, and it’s sad to see someone act like helping a customer is a burden. If you look annoyed just because someone walks in or uses a coupon, maybe that’s not the right job. Customer service makes a huge difference for any business, and because of this experience, we won’t be going back to this Subway location.

Food was great but customer service sucked. Lady that helped us was rude to me and other customers as well. She first helped a customer ahead of me and a walked in guest came in and she dropped everything to help the walk in. She didn’t even excuse herself and apologized to the customer for not finishing her order. Then she skips me and doesn’t help me at all until I say something. Then she directs the other employee to help me and rudely makes me move. Bad service

Exactly what you’d expect from subway! Clean, quick service with good sandwiches. The lady at the register was very sweet and helpful. We came today around 1:30 or so.

Came there at 8pm on a Thursday, not busy and wanted to order 2 sandwiches. I was told by the workers they were shutting down for the night and closing. If you’re not serving customers until the time advertised have the decency to change the hours or lock the doors. Won’t be back…zero customer service.

Today my experience with this subway was not great. I came in there were 2 employees in the store. One behind counter preparing pick up orders the other in dining area on her laptop ( not sure what their company policy on that) but the girl behind counter was distracted by all the pick up orders…trying to do mine and everyone else’s at the same time. Its not her fault but store management needs to look at scheduling

Earlier this place had great service but now the new worker is very unprofessional, rude and always has a sad face. They are not giving for free they forget that we are paying for that order and service. Never again for this place.
Today the front worker started working without gloves while she was getting ready, another guy came in from the cooler with an itchy face and didn’t wash her hands before start .OMG

I would give more star’s however this location is very under staffed! During the lunch rush there was 1, very sweet woman, but an other male employee sat at a table playing on his phone. She was left managing everything! Lunch time 11am to 2pm at least needs to have more staff!!!!

I ordered with the app. There’s no way to share your experience within the app . I ordered an foot-long meatball didn’t get any cheese at all no Parmesan no nothing. the app should allow you to comment on any order you get otherwise they will never learn and be able to fix mistakes

Ordered online and never got a confirmation of the order. Looked at bank account and saw they took the money. Tried to call Subway to get a confirmation of our order they do not answer the phone and only have a machine that does not allow messages to be taken. I never received a text of the order. We had to go down to Subway to straighten things out. The worst service ever!!!

Been here 3 times. Not sure why, but they are very stingy with their veggies. It literally looks like every olive, pickle, cucumber, & etc are spaced out every 2 inches.
