I enjoy stopping in at Boggie’s after attending church. It is very conveniently on my way home. I usually have the catfish nuggets. And the cook has consistently done a great job at preparing the fish. Overall they get 5 stars.

I stopped through this town with a few friends and was a little disappointed that the online menu wasn’t updated, & half of my party couldn’t get what they wanted from the online menu (this is why we stopped here). The wings were amazing though. I would definitely make this a regular stop if they had an amber beer on draft. Oh, don’t look at the drink menu online as well as they didn’t have that updated either.

Used to love this place, but as of late the service has been BAD. Server has horrible attitude and could not contain her dirty looks to her customers. Food is great but not worth the hostile dining environment. Won’t recommend.

Returned for the Boogie’s Famous Cheeseburger in Paradise and again left happy, with half the burger and half the tots.

This is one of the best burgers I’ve eaten. The burger is huge and cooked to order with a generous slab of cheese on a bun made specifically for the size of the burger. The bun itself is delicious and there is plenty of fresh tomato, pickle and onion to cover the burger (I did not get the lettuce offered). The tots are hot and crispy.

Husband got the Corned Beef Reuben with a side salad and said it was delicious. He remarked specifically how good the marbled rye tasted. He also said the salad was fresh and crisp with a good blue cheese dressing.

This was my third visit here and each time I’ve been amazed at the large amount of patrons having lunch on a weekday. I believe that in itself says a lot about a locally owned restaurant.

First time visitor, who went here on the recommendation of a friend. A group of 8, we were seated immediately upon arrival. The wait staff was friendly and efficient, and got our drinks and orders in very quickly. Then the waiting began. All of our orders came out at the same, which is preferable for groups dining together, so maybe the fried chicken was the culprit, but 15 or so minutes for a sparsely crowded restaurant seemed rather long. The food was hot and tasty, but for a Reuben, something didn’t seem quite right. The marbled rye got my hopes up, but the interior left something to be desired. Instead of slices of corned beef brisket, the meat looked more like the Philly cheese steak my wife had, and tasted similar as well. The meat was chopped up fine, with a little bit of sauerkraut and Thousand Island to top it off. If there was any Swiss on it, I couldn’t detect any. While the top slice was toasty and crisp, the bottom was like a wet sponge. Flipping it over helped prevent it from falling apart in my hands. My side was a baked potato, which was very good, although it’s kind of hard to mess one of those up.
My wife’s Philly was very greasy, with not enough onions and peppers, along with an overly dry wrap. Her sweet potato fries were not too crisp either; more towards the soggy side.
Our friend’s fried chicken looked delicious, and the platter of chicken livers was quite bountiful! So much so, he had to get a takeaway box.
This eating establishment is so far out of my way, I doubt that I’ll ever return, but those livers did look inviting!
Reasonably priced, a large variety menu, with a very friendly wait staff, I’m sure this place is a favorite among locals. Just not on my radar for a return event.

Amazing service and good. Patty took great care of us. Her recommendations were spot on! The wings are some of the best I’ve eve had in the entire St. Louis area! The Monte Christo was amazing as well. The place was busy on a Friday night, but service was fast and accurate. Patty made sure our drinks were always fill. Can’t wait to come back and try some of the other amazing looking menu items!

Excellent owners. They try hard and are good people. The public and food is a tough business but the help should be policed.
