The restaurant itself is pretty rough. The food isnt the best quality and i really dislike the fact that they NO MATTER WHAT do not serve soup! But it is 24 hours and the chicken friend salad is amazing! And i was very pleasantly surprised with the service i got when i went inside compared to any experience here ever in the drive thru. I suggest going inside and if julie is working she is beautiful and helpful and very kind! It was great service to be pleasantly surprised! (ATM AVAILABLE- CHAGRES CARD/TAP FEE. I also asked for a water and didnt get a small cup, which is nice! People shouldnt hassle about water ANYWHERE

There are many Coney islands in Michigan. Just driving around you will see 1-3 around you.
The best? I cannot even recommend or tell you. I’ve never had an exceptional experience. Everyone is just average. If everyone makes the same food, how does one pick a favorite? I guess it would depend on service.
Fast service? Alway filling your order correctly? Is the inside a dump? How is the outside?
This particular place? Everything seems to be working correctly. The drive-thru works. The only thing I would say bad is maybe make sure my order is correct. I was the only car and they still messed up my order.
The major positive? They are open 24hr!

Dont go for breakfast the worst time not for being busy.I ordered at 9.00am 2-8-2025 in the morning a grilled salad $15.06.Remind you I just ordered one 2 nights before.A big diffrence not even comparable more food period. This dont even look like a $15.00 grilled chicken salad i took pics below.Night time they give you more food and its a big diffrence. Its not good when you ripping off the customer.Second problem and its always in the morning at this place never had a problem with the night crew.The people they got for the morning crew is horrible.Order the same dish in the morning vs night big diffrence they short change you in the morning its sad attitude is nasty needs to be closed down.I made a mistake and ordered on the morning big mistake their uncaring attitude and shorting you on your food is so noticeable never again my bad.Food is okay at best service is garbage.The young girls at the counter have an attitude on their phones talk any kind of way to their customers.Make mistakes with your order then get mad when you tell them about it.Price changes from menu to register when you ask they get mouthy and sassy with you just asking about price difference or food that’s left off your order.This establishment is on Facebook with people complaining about the same exact thing don’t go there save yourself the headache believe me you will be glad you did.Now I see why they are always empty and the coney islands around them are busy.Won’t be back unless their is drastic changes.Check your food if you do choose to go their at your own risk caution and beware rip off.

Went here the other day (drive thru) everything was ok despite what the reviews said. Decided to go again and it was a world wind difference . The attitude from behind the counter all the way up to getting my order wrong and charging me extra for whoever knows what.
I highly doubt this review will do anything about how the service is here so consider this a warning for anyone reading these reviews; take your business elsewhere.
They hire people who could care less about anything. Not even getting orders correct. I try to be as positive as I can in life but it’s hard when you get cold rudeness from people for doing their job (or supposed to) at least.
These people won’t get far in life behaving the way that they do. I hope they will eventually grow and learn how to treat others.

This Coney Island, was a disaster. Waited 30+ minutes for 3 coneys. When I got them. Ice cold. And they weren’t busy. I even got upset and went inside. And found the cook on the phone. Even took a picture of them. And threw all the food on the floor

I waited in drive thru for over an hour tonight 7/11/25 with only 1 car ahead of me. 2 ladies inside never said a word wouldn’t even look at me. They need to wash the filthy windows since they weren’t doing any work. They put my food in the window over an hour later and never said a word. I took the tip I had and put it back in my purse. Unprofessional, rude, slow isn’t the word.
