I’m usually not one to leave reviews but this place is a let down, even for fast food. The drinks are as expected, but the food is always a flop….! I was given two junior breakfast burritos yesterday and they were both the size of the salsa packet. I have gotten food here 4 times since moving here and only once has it been warm, sometimes the cheese isn’t even melted.
Giving this review a 4 star on service alone, for the server named Anthony! He has been very welcoming, helpful, and always introduces himself when we drive up! (He was not there when we received the miniature burritos.)

Staff refused to take orders 15 minutes before they closed on a holiday which is understandable if you don’t want to serve people that’s fine. Instead of being decent and just saying no we’re not taking any orders they just ignored me at the stand. Finally I tried to knock on the door and go hey are you guys not taking orders and I’ll get yelled at. You don’t want to take orders that’s fine but at least give me the decency of just telling me that instead of ghosting me when I can see you incredibly rude.

Very good overall, they had really good tater tots and hamburgers. Their drinks are sized correctly so a medium is actually medium sized fry tots or drink.

From California and the Sonics out there are hit or miss. Was craving a cherry limeade and decided to give a Nevada location a try.
Nope.
They messed up our order pretty bad. Missing stuff, like an entire burger… missing add ins like diced onion, and the worst of all… the pretzel tasted like a burnt donut. Absolutely disgusting. The texture was so wrong and it had a sweetness to it. Clean your oil please!
Jalapeño poppers had sort of a powdered texture cheese inside which was also very odd. My poor Cherry limeade was watered down (I ordered no ice). It just did not taste right to anyone in our house and seemed like a waste of food.
I don’t think we’ll be going here again.

Just went to Sonic this afternoon and I didn’t know I need to check and make sure there is no mold on my bun before eating it. I don’t understand how this can be missed. I made sure to call and told them they needed to check all the buns this is unacceptable. Will not be eating here again

Anytime we go to this sonic we are met with extraordinary customer service. Extremely kind and accommodating, especially for a fast food place.

Had burgers, fries and milkshakes. All tasted good. The shake was nice and thick but your food was so cold. The fries weren’t even close to being warm. Even the cheese was still cold and not melted at all.

We made an order through the app. 2 chicken sandwich combos. Upon arriving and checking in, an employee comes out and give us 2 sides and 2 drinks. They then inform us the store is out of chicken sandwiches and we should get a refund from the app. I know the physical store has no control over the app and can’t process refunds on app orders. However, employees should be trained on what to do in the event of the store not having an item ordered from the app and how to handle that when the customer arrives. You don’t get a refund from the app unless you’re able to cancel the order a few minutes before your check-in time. If the customer has already checked in then the only way to get a refund is to call the 1-866-oksonic number. All the employees including the manager told me to “just do the refund though the app”. I knew about the number, but asked the manager to show me how on the app. They couldn’t do it (because that’s not how it works). Thank goodness the General Manager was on-site. They were very apologetic and offer to make us 2 different entrees to compensate for the chicken sandwiches. Finally get home with our food to find out one of the drinks was wrong and one of the sides of mozzarella sticks was too overcooked to eat (side by side photo attached). The wrong drink was on us I suppose, should have checked the order before leaving.

First of all I hate how sonic discontinues stuff that’s better than anything else they sell. That being said, the fact that the only reason we went to sonic today was for a specific blast and they don’t have it anymore will not affect this review. This review is on items we did get to order. Starting with chilli cheese tots, they were crunchy and tasted old like they had been sitting. The portion was hilarious considering we ordered a large and they didn’t even fill the bottom of the hot dog carton. The burger my husband ordered was literally dripping grease (see photo) and he couldn’t even eat it. The cookie dough blast is essentially a giant cup of vanilla ice cream with a few dough pieces at the top and a few more at almost the bottom (see photo). And the peanut butter fudge Sunday was almost humorous. They made a fudge Sunday and put a couple of squirts of peanut butter on top. Moral of the story, eat elsewhere or at home. Super disappointed.

The girl at the drive up window was fast and VERY friendly. She was also juggling too much. I don’t know if someone called in sick, but it was too much for even the most proficient multitasker. They need more staff.
