The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely undefeated . The restaurant was spotless, which I really appreciated. Big shoutout to Michelle at the register—she was so friendly and welcoming. The employees Ike and Fred were also super nice and made the whole experience even better.

I honestly haven’t had Church’s in years, but this visit changed everything. It was so good it made me want it every day . I’ll definitely be back! They do need to fix there printer paper I couldn’t read my receipt to see what I was charged seemed pretty high

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location.

I went through the drive-through and the employee Latishia D. immediately rushed me while taking my order and had a very clear attitude. A male manager/lead had to step in and take over because of how she was speaking to me, but unfortunately his attitude wasn’t much better.

After I paid, they handed me a completely illegible receipt. I politely asked if they could provide a readable receipt because the order was for someone else and you literally could not see the total on it. Her response was, “It’s broke… we don’t have anything else,” and she slammed the drive-through window in my face.

The manager later handed me drinks and told me to pull forward for the food. I have now been waiting over 20 minutes with no food, an unreadable receipt, and after being treated with extreme disrespect.

Customer service and professionalism were completely nonexistent during this visit. Management at this location seriously needs to address how customers are being treated.

Ordered and paid for mixed 2pc. Wing thigh. No wing accepted breast. Paid for Xtra biscuit got home no xtra biscuit. Thigh was fresh/tasty. The breast smelled bad. Horrible visit, But I’ve learned not to return to a chicken spot for these matters in the hood. It could be dangerous!

It’s like the third time I’ve stopped at this location and gotten the worst service in the most mid cooked chicken. I’ve ever attempted to eat this most recent visit took me because I wanted a snack spent $10 on three chicken fingers which were still frozen in the middle the biscuit was the only redeeming feature so basically I paid $10 for a greasy biscuit.

I came to pick up an order and clearly stated the customer’s name three times, but the staff completely ignored me and didn’t acknowledge my presence. When I asked again, a staff member yelled at me and told me to “get the hell out.” Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be returning.

The young lady working the window/drivethur on may 20th at 10:55am needs and promotion and the manager needs a demotion. The manager was being very pushy to the employee when she took our order nice and respectful but the manager was rushing throwing incomplete orders out the window and getting frustrated with the employee because of her mistake it was unbearable to watch because if I was a millionaire I would’ve paid that girl to quit right there on the spot. Lord bless her soul and give her the financial stability she needs so she won’t have to deal with emotional damaged management because ain’t no way. But overall the food was fresh and good.

As a mental health therapist, I usually try not to take poor service personally—but I couldn’t help but wonder what kind of stress or burnout might be behind the behavior I witnessed. The employees at the drive-thru seemed irritated, as if they hated their jobs—or worse, hated having a customer at all. There were no greetings, no “hello” or “welcome,” and when I said “thank you,” I was completely ignored. One employee even rolled their eyes at me. The experience felt cold, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I won’t be returning.
