Brought my BF here – he’s never been. But he knew the song/ slogan since he was a kid in Guyana (South America) so we HAD to go while shopping.
Service was warm and welcoming. Our bartender and server Sandy was accommodating and attentive. She even shared with the staff that it was my BF first time (Lowkey) and the manager came out with an extra / comp order of bottomless fries. The gesture, effort and kindness was so appreciated. Added a positive to our day for sure – considering we just left DICKS sporting goods a bit irritated and disappointed with their service.
Food was on point, absolutely no complaints. The serving sizes are definitely BIG. Had enough to take home and share with the kids & I literally ordered a salad.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and greeted us right away. My toddler got a free balloon and met their mascot. Unfortunately, the silverware was filthy and had sauce stains on it. The mac and cheese is the processed powdered kind, my cobb salad was fresh, but the chicken was chewy and bland. The ribs were good. The pretzels bites were ok. Most of the food was reheated. The waitress didnt care too much that our silverware was disgusting and that she initially put in the wrong appetizer. She also forgot to use out coupon they were giving out in the mall that day to attract more customers. Wont return.

Was at the mall with my wife and came to this Red Robin for a quick lunch. The service was very friendly and quick. The manager was also very nice. He took back some fried pickles that were a little greasy and brought us a new order. We both got burgers and fries. I got a delicious BBQ burger. Very good. But we both very much enjoyed the garlic fries. So delicious. Definitely recommend. The best part is u can get unlimited fries with your burger.

My husband brought me there yesterday for my pre birthday since June 2 is my actual birthday. We had excellent food drink and dessert . We let the waitress know we’re Autistic and take a little more time than others in decision making and she was so kind. The manager came by and was so friendly he was there last time my brother in law who is also autistic came with us months ago still a very nice man. we enjoy this place as usual we went as soon as they opened very comfortable.

You can’t go wrong with Red Robin. We stopped in for lunch. The burgers and fries concept is so simple but if you shorthanded and you don’t have the staff to excute could make it hard. Overall good experience but they have the potential to operate next level. $$$

I didnt go when it was crowded, it was calm and it was my 10-month-old son’s first time eating out. He had sweet potato fries no salt added. He loved them! And we loved the burgers and all you can eat fries!! Thank you! It was a good memory for him.
