First time ordering online was great! Food was picked up hot and delicious. Donatos pepperoni pizza and fries with a drink was such a good deal for $10.00. Tasted even better than I expected!! Maya was super efficient and friendly.

Our waiter was kind but she forgot many things we asked for, such as hot sauce and the salad sauce was the wrong one.
There also a young guy- waiter- he was very unkind and inpatient ..
the fries for my kid was very salty!! I couldn’t ask to change it took long time.

Me and my husband had the weirdest time at the Beaverton location. We’ve casually gone to this location before and never had any issues. It started off fine when we ordered our drinks. He got a rum and coke and I got a cocktail. The waitress looked at our ID’s. Then she left for 30 seconds, came back, and asked for my ID again. After that she took my ID, told me that she would give it back to me soon, and brought it into their back office area. Im 27. As the waitress takes my ID, I can see them talking to the other staff. They were obviously talking about the situation because they were staring at me and laughing with eachother from the kitchen entrance. Which was uncomfortable to say the least…I could also see the manager and other staff looking at my ID from behind a counter. They would stare at me ever so often, then back down at my ID. This went on for awhile. I understand protocol, but the way it was handled was odd and unprofessional. After they were done, the manager came over and gave my ID back. He never said a word to me about what happened, but the waitress apologized for having to take my ID. Which was nice of her. Moving on 10 minutes later. We received our food and drinks and watched as another woman walks up to the manager. She starts screaming at him in the middle of the restaurant and they both get into an argument. At this point me and my husband just looked at eachother and decided that we weren’t coming back. The food and drinks were good…but everything else…goodness.

Had a great lunch experience at Red Robin today thanks to the amazing staff. I ordered a Freckled Lemonade along with the Bonzai Burger and fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. Even though I was dining solo, the service made the experience really enjoyable. Kaylee, Troy, and Mia were all wonderful — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Drinks were refilled promptly, they checked in just the right amount, and it was clear they take pride in providing great service. This kind of experience is exactly why I’ll continue coming back. Thank you for a fantastic lunch!

The worst experience I’ve had at Red Robin, Beaverton. I ordered online from home to save time, but when I arrived, it was as if I never ordered: it took forever to get my food. The food was already cold. The service was painfully slow: the waitress had no receipt paper, went back and forth, and it was just more frustration. I ordered two shakes, thinking it’d be quick, but they took forever. In the end, I paid for them, but I had to leave because I had no more time. I didn’t care if they kept the money; I just wanted to leave. Very disappointing. I won’t return. I am writing this on March 1, 2026.

Red Robin definitely on the decline with its food and service. Figured we give them the benefit of the doubt and stopped by last because my daughter wanted burgers. We waited 10min the host went to set up a table for us. We didn’t think nothing of it as people who walked in were seated. After seating 4 different groups about 35min passed I asked her is the table ready. She said oh I have to find you a table. Then another waitress steps in and helps . She prepared the table and the host comes back and tells us (there’s no menu’s so we’ll have to wait) the waitress that helped said it’s ok let’s get you seated first. All the while I’m almost 100% positive a manager was standing there not acknowledging what’s going on.
As we sat there we watched four other groups leave due to not getting there food. Another 2 group seated next to us never even saw a waitress come to their table. We have now been there an hour and half.Male Manager yelling at the cooks. No one in the restaurant getting food but the to go and pick ups are flying out the door. We finally gave up and started to check out when some of our food showed up. We just asked for boxes as the waitress repeatedly said sorry. We paid for our order and waiting another 20 minutes to get the rest of the order. The food was awful when we got home so we ended just tossing it. Definitely will never return to Red Robin. We still tipped the waitress because it wasn’t her fault. We left the free burger coupons on the table because we will not be returning. What we witnessed last night was a complete management failure. Employees had no direction and management screaming and yelling. A waitress was pushed to her limits ended dropping a drink glass shattered every where. Hopefully managers can do better atleast for the employees sake.

Our group was immediately greeted by friendly staff, one of which was a gal named Samantha. Each time we come in she is very kind and takes time to make you feel like a person and not just a number. Although our main dish was slow to arrive to our table we were taken care of with appetizers and refilled drinks. Also, I enjoy the new items on the menu. I tried the madlove burger which was delicious. We will be back.

We came here earlier this week to have dinner. There were only 2 other parties here when we went. It did take us a while to get seated. When we were ready to order both our drinks and food, our server just took our drink order in and did not take the food order. We did get our food in a decent manner. The food was pretty much the same as before. We finished most of our fried and were ready to ask for some extra fries, but our server wasn’t in the area, and we just ended up finishing the meal and leaving.

Hadn’t been to a Red Robin in a few years and was definitely reminded of why I avoid them. Service was super weak. Perhaps their employees are just underpaid but wow. Such neglect. The food came out quickly but the portions were sad. I mean, we all ordered burgers of various types, which were fine, but the little handful of fries on the plate were embarrassing to behold. We all cleaned our plates completely, with ease lol. As we were leaving, the hostess offered my 5 year old daughter crayons and a coloring page… same woman seated us and that convenience would have been great at the table vs upon the exit.

This was our first time at this location, but from the moment we arrived, The host Lali greeted us with genuine excitement and warmth.
She immediately made us feel welcomed and through our visit took the time to let us know about their current gift card promotion where we could receive an extra $25 in bonus bucks with our purchase. Since we visit Red Robin often, the offer was perfect for us, and we really appreciated that she took the initiative to share it as it was the first we heard of it although this was our 3rd time at RR this week. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and helpfulness set a great tone for our visit and this is why i gave this location 5 stars.
