We tried the pizza at Il Paesano Pizza and honestly it was some of the best pizza we have had. Perfectly cooked full of flavor and clearly made with care and quality ingredients.
What really elevated the experience was Mark’s service. He was welcoming charismatic and genuinely attentive without being overbearing exactly the kind of need to know service that makes you feel comfortable and valued. You can truly tell he was raised right. His manners professionalism and personality reflect that completely.

Order meatball on a bun. Was two meatballs cut in half. Didn’t even fill the bun. Also got veal on a bun, covers bun but very thin. More bun than meat. Disappointed! Not worth $23

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The pizza was burnt and didn’t look very appealing, and my order was incorrect. My wife is a vegetarian and asked for pineapple, but pepperoni was added, so I wasn’t able to eat it.
I called just to let them know about the mistake, not expecting anything in return, and the response felt pretty indifferent. Mistakes happen, but a little care goes a long way. 2 medium pizza and 2 garlic dips for $50 not the best deal.
I am from out of town and this has always been my go to when in the area.

It’s a small venue, family operated well over 50 years. Haven’t been in at least 30 years and did not disappoint, just as amazing now as 50 years ago. A hidden gem in the heart of old Alderwood.

My partner and me came from the beach starving and searched for anything italian that is still open at 11 and found this restaurant by coincidence. My partner is so in love with the pizza and said was the best pizza he had in a while. We ordered four dishes and after everything it’s around 80 included tips and tax. Great tasting pizza, good amount of cheese and the toppings are excellent. Only complaint is that I wish there was more tomato sauce, can’t really taste any but a great slice none the less. The dip reminds me of pizza pizza garlic so it’s a good dip as well.
Update: went back another time and asked for extra tomato sauce and the pizza was phenomenal. Went from 4star to 5star rating easily.

I recently discovered this pizzeria near my place and it really feels like an authentic Italian spot. The flavor is great, the ingredients taste fresh, and the pizza is super cheesy. The prices are also very reasonable, which is always a plus.
The only downside for me was the crust. It was a bit too thick, so by the time I got to the last slices, it felt like I was just eating bread. Also, the bacon was a little undercooked.
Still, I enjoyed the overall experience and would definitely go back to try other pizzas on the menu.

We usually take out pizza for here for work but today we ate in for dinner.
It’s an old school place, a very quaint and friendly atmosphere. The server is great and it was semi-busy for eat-in and busy for take out.
The food was fantastic. Very authentic Italian sauce for the pastas, the veal sandwich was great and very tender, and the panzarotto was baked perfect.
I highly recommend this place for eat in or take out. The food was amazing.
