Very disappointed. Ordered two burritos today and had to eat them with forks. I do online order then eat in while I take my lunch from work to save time. Training for wrapping burritos must still be nonexistent. When I worked here a few years ago training never taught how to wrap a burrito the “chipotle way” so I asked one of my peers and was told “you either got it or you don’t”. It seems this way of teaching is still enforced at this location. It’s a shame a place that’s known for burritos can’t even wrap one. I’m not even sure why I still patronize this location. Love chipotle food but not crazy about this store. Tables were dirty. My boyfriend was so pissed he threw away his entire burrito.

Bee coming to this location somewhat consistently for the last 6+ months. The negative reviews do not match my experience. Staff is friendly and quick. Portions and quality are consistent with any other Chipotle, which I generally really like!

The worst chipotle ever. We stood here for an HOUR. Ordered for pick up an HOUR ago. Watched the dinner rush line go through not once, not twice but 3 times and watch this guy not even acknowledge anybody waiting for pick up orders. Kept working on ours and then just disappearing going somewhere else. Whatever the reason may be COMMUNICATE. APOLOGIZE. Offer a solution. At this point I would’ve literally just cancelled my order and went elsewhere. I feel for anyone in customer service I really do but with 3 young kids waiting in the car this was absolutely ridiculous.

Slowest location, had no brown rice for about 5 minutes so I waited off to the side while the rice was being prepared so I didn’t hold up the line. Never got served or called back in line even after waiting 10-15 minutes and seeing the rice being refilled. The moosic location is much better

This Chipotle is by far the WORST Chipotle to exist. The staff are extremely rude and extremely scarce with their portions to the point I have to ask for more of everything that they put on (toppings that are included in the price). On top of that, they were out of both chicken AND steak – the two most common meats. They had chicken cooking and waited for it to be done to serve the people currently up to order instead of continuing service to others and letting them know they were just out of chicken. Then, I go to order steak – lady behind the counter goes “Nah, we’re out”. Excuse me? Make more. It’s 7:30pm and you are open until ELEVEN. Are you going to tell people no steak the rest of the night? Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could it zero stars I would , I’ve been there 5 times in the past month and everytime they don’t have white rice or chicken, which I don’t mind waiting but not only that, how are you gonna serve someone bad rice? On one visit they told me white rice will take about 5-10 minutes , I said no problem I’ll wait, the customer right behind me asks for white rice and the server said oh we don’t have white rice but if you want it without cilantro I can make it, than after she orders that and walks out I asked the server hey why didn’t you ask me if I wanted it without cilantro and that’s when the person in the back prepping everything said “oh that rice is bad”, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE

I visited this location at 4:45 on 1/6 and the food was terrible. There was no seasoning in anything, chicken, guac an rice included, as well as the rice being extremely hard. Idk how they can serve that to people. Im not sure if it because it was a shift full of men but someone needs to be trained again.

I am regular Customer and one of Fav Restaurant chain in USA. But today I totally frustrated and not happy about the service and Food availability. I visited at 9:10pm and most of the items were not available and Juices were empty. When I asked for it one the employee was telling it’s over but they billed for the cups. Not happy at all. I think Chipotle quality is going down in all ways
