First time having dinner and it was great! The ambiance, the service and the food were excellent. The food was good quality and a good amount. There is gluten free and vegan options on the menu as well. We had the chicken fajitas and steak tacos, both were delicious. The salsa is excellent!

Perfect Date Night!
My fiancé and I had an incredible dinner at Dos Caminos last night. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch—incredibly friendly and surprisingly fast, even for a busy night.
The atmosphere is a huge part of the experience. The decor is amazing, so colorful and lovely, and they have great Mexican music playing that really sets the mood without being overwhelming.
For the food and drinks:
• Margaritas & Apps: Easily some of the best margaritas we’ve had in Charlotte. The chips and salsa were also fresh and addictive.
• Pollo Ranchero: My fiancé ordered this and absolutely loved it.
• Skirt Steak Asada: I went with the steak, and it was pure perfection—tender, juicy, and seasoned beautifully.
If you’re looking for great vibes and even better food, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We had dinner at Dos Caminos and loved it. The service was excellent, and our waitress was super kind and helpful. My husband really loves corn tortillas, and she was so nice that she brought us two extra ones—we truly appreciated that.
The food was so good that we literally didn’t leave anything on the plates lol. Everything was delicious, the place felt cozy and welcoming, and the drinks were great too. Definitely a place we’d come back to and recommend.

I love Dos Caminos! Unfortunately I devoured the food before I captured a good picture. Trust me – everything is delicious! We arrived with a large party and the food came out quickly and hot. You can’t leave without trying the chips, salsa, guac and queso. Eat it all. Thank you so much Eric and Shay for the amazing service. Thank you chefs for amazing food and drinks. 10/10

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away. Even though our whole party hadn’t arrived yet, they still went ahead and seated us, which was really nice. They validate parking, and the lot is conveniently located right behind the restaurant.
The staff was super friendly. Our waiter was great—very interactive, made us laugh with a few jokes, and made the whole experience even better. There was also a photographer going around taking pictures of guests, which added a fun touch to the evening.
We tried a variety of margaritas, and they were all delicious. The chips and salsa were amazing, and we added the queso—highly recommend! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
Overall, this place has a great atmosphere, great service, and even better food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! From the moment we arrived for our 8:00 pm reservation, we were seated immediately, which was greatly appreciated. The service was excellent, and our waiter was so kind and attentive throughout the evening.
One of the highlights of our night was when a photographer came to our table and took a complimentary postcard photo of me, my daughter, my friend, and her daughter. It was such a sweet surprise and a special touch that made the evening even more memorable. We loved it so much that we ended up purchasing another beautiful photo.
Overall, the combination of great service, thoughtful extras, and a welcoming atmosphere made it a night we’ll always remember. We will definitely be back!

Place looks nice and that’s about it. Our waitress couldn’t not understand our drink order as we were 4 people and one person ordered a bottle beer ($8) and the other 3 just wanted soda water. It literally took her 5 min to understand that (she and I spoke English) she brings out 3 bottles of soda water for $16 as I just wanted soda water out of the gun or fountain. The tacos were ok portions but the Enchiladas and carnitas were small and not filling at all. Yes I tried to reach out to the restaurant but no where on their website is a link or place to email them. If you’re looking for great service and great food I would try any other place than this.

For my entrée, I went with the pollo tacos, paired with black beans and rice. Honestly, after just one taco I was already full! To sip on, I ordered the passion fruit mocktail, which was refreshing and perfect for the evening.

The 4 point review score was not apparent when my family went there today for Christmas. Should be less than a 3. Atmosphere was decent but the food was atrocious along with the abysmal service my family received. Quesadillas were greasy and salty, birria tacos were also salty.. pollos ranchos is a $26 plate.. super small with a sorry excuse for a salad with ice berg lettuce. All portions are small and the flavor did not justify the expense. Food made our stomachs turn probably from all the grease in it. To top things off, our server “Arely” was rude and left a table of 6 with 2 babies waiting nearly 30 mins for the check and had the audacity to tell my wife we should have got someone to get her if we needed her to get the checks lol.. like who says that?? You’re literally in the hospitality business.. we told a manager about the experience and she begrudgingly asked us if they could do anything for us.. we asked for everybody’s tab to be discounted some.. she offered 20% off but really just took 10% off 2 entrees ordered which means it was 10% not 20. Manager Daniela was not apologetic at all and the sever never came back to our table as she began to serve others around us. Gross food and disgusting service. What a way to start Christmas Day. Never coming back to this place again.
