Left without ordering. Walked in. 7pmish. Left after observing a very messy dining area that didn’t get addressed while i waited for another party. All cans overflowing. 75% of table surfaces need cleaned and sanitized. Do better please.

I have been vegan my whole life. I asked for a sofritas bowl and burrito. Both had cross contamination and had steak in both dishes. Not only that but the cashier charged me for a STEAK burrito which wasn’t what was written on the aluminum then CHARGED ME for QUESO?! Which

Order from the app and the order came with half of my ingredients missing, the help line was only able to take off the guacamole and give me a free drink. I paid almost 18 dollars for this order and they refused to fix it for me. This is the 3rd time Iv ordered from this location and my order was wrong. DONT ORDER HERE!!! The other locations are far better.

Absolutely filthy. Floors and tables were covered in food. I saw multiple employees use their phones with bare hands and wipe sweat off their faces before working with the food without washing their hands or putting on gloves. The assembly line was covered with scraps as well, and the food trays were cross-contaminated from everything else nearby. This was at the slowest time of the day. Can’t imagine what it looks like during a rush.

Visited this Chipotle (12/21) at 8:55 PM while visiting a family member who graduated from Penn State. We decided to eat here but realized that the atmosphere was uncomfortable as we began to order. A female worker appeared to be bothered as she rolled her eyes with the requests we made for our meals, and appeared to be agitated about doing her job.The work area was sloppy, and the entire environment appeared unkept with food pieces all over the table. Food was being thrown in different containers, which is mixing food ingredients which could potentially cause someone to become sick. I am surprised that they were working in such a sloppy environment considering this is a well known establishment.

Great place and great food but portions size is bad, I always recommend using mobile app and adding extra for everything that allows free extras, I also love their customer support, if you have a bad experience at their restaurant then they can give 1 free entree which i love

Online order was supposed to be ready at 5:20, yet here I stand at 5:45 with no food while walk in customers breeze through the line.
Update: got my food a half hour late. The burrito was really good so I added a star.

I hate leaving poor reviews but I also hate small portions and inconsistency. Shame on us for not checking the bag before making the 30 min drive back home. I checked some of the other reviews and I suppose we got what we paid for unfortunately.
