Most disappointing visit ever! Ordered two of the Baja Crispy Fish sandwiches. They looked so good on the app. Neither sandwich looked anything like the picture. There wasn’t any cilantro lime coleslaw, very little Baja sauce and a scrap of pickle onion. I could have gotten a better fish sandwich at McDonald’s.

Tonight was a disappointment with our order being all wrong with missing ingredients. We’ve never had a bad experience but tonight it seemed like they could just not get it right. I ordered a chicken club with no tomato and got a chicken club with no avocado and all the tomato instead. We also got a side salad with the tomatoes (when we asked for none) but no dressing. The patty melt had the cheese but no grilled onions. The dressing for the chicken nuggets was missing and we were overall disappointed with tonight’s visit. They even double checked the bag and said it was all good when we had to remind them there was a drink with the order. We’ll be back hopefully for a better experience.

I really like coming to The Habit Bar & Grill. The food is consistently good and it doesn’t take long to come out, even when they’re busy. I appreciate that they have self-service kiosks so you can order quickly without having to wait at the counter if it’s crowded.
The staff is always nice and easygoing, which makes the experience better every time. I usually get the Charburger meal (single patty), and it’s always really solid. The price is a little high for a burger, fries, and a drink, but overall the food and experience make it worth it.

As always, burger was great. The lady who took our order was really nice. Out of all the habits I have been to in my many years, this one in Layton has been exceptional.
While I had a lovely double char with cheese on sourdough, I can also recommend their fresh salads.

I’ve never been to this location before. I was surprised to find that it wasn’t crowded.
I came with the Teriyaki Char in mind. It comes with pineapple. It’s meaty, savory, sweet and moist. It was delicious. The sweet potato fries were hot and delightful.
I brought half of it home to share with my husband. He was delighted. Make sure to have plenty of napkins around.
My only question is, why were there so many dirty tables and a constant ringing noise. I kept looking around trying to find the source of the noise. When I got to the exit, it was even louder.

My order was cancelled after an hour of waiting. I drove to the store to get clarification for the aweful service.
The manager on site said they gave the order away and told the dashers to cancel the order. Each dasher waited 10 mins. I doubt his story.
I then asked so Im supposed to be out, waiting for over an hour to get absolutely nothing because he gave the order away? He responded with he was not going to remake the order as he has a bottom line to worry about.’
I have managed for years. That, is the last thing you tell a paying customer. I will NEVER spend my money here again.

You won’t go wrong here. Great burger made from high quality beef that tasted good on its own. Burger was done quickly cooked and dressed to perfection. Not greasy. Fries cooked to crisp perfection outside and soft inside. These folks have it down to perfection.
Family friendly. Tables are cleared quickly.
Large restrooms need a little more attention to strewn paper.
Restroom was clean this time. Really nothing more to add than photos. Whole place was spotless. Tray dump is by door going out and not immediately obvious if you don’t go there regularly. I asked where it was and an employee took my tray herself and dumped it for me. Unlike a lot of burgers, some of them good, this one has very little grease for those avoiding greasy foods.

They don’t even deserve a 1….maybe a -50 would be more accurate.My chicken sandwich was raw, the chicken was pink, Misha the manager in Layton Utah didn’t even know how to give me a refund and told me to check in 7 days??! They were so far behind they were rushing food out and they are going to make someone seriously sick! I will never go there again.

Not bad overall, the kids burger was a little flat and sad, besides that my mushroom burger was amazing! Service we received was great as well! Wish they didn’t charge $2.00 for sauces.

This is was my first time trying it and I did curbside pickup so I ordered online and they don’t make it easy on the bun option, all there cheeseburgers come in a lettuce wrap, I didn’t know what it meant by lettuce wrap so I left it and my cheeseburger was wrapped in lettuce with no bun, so when I got home I had to put my burger on sandwich bread
