I absolutely must brag on Piper for her friendliness and top notch service! I had to pull up to wait for my meal. Piper came out of the restaurant door full of smiles and kindness I tried my fries, but they were barely warm. I asked Piper to help me. She very quickly returned with hot fries. Thank you! Also, the young lady taking orders and running the register was very nice!!! Unfortunately, I must add that the young lady at the window to give you your food was not friendly or helpful. I asked her very kindly if i could get sauces with my food. She acted as if I was irritating her. In addition, she did not add the sauces to the bag. Thankfully, Piper helped me with a smile on her face. She really made my day.

I’m pretty okay with everything. But the one issue I have is ever since COVID was over. This place never went back to 24 hours 7 days a week, and I want to know why that is? I work through the night s lot and there’s a lot of times I do want a big mac at 2 – 4 in the morning

Ordered 2 #3 meals, a kids meal, and a #9 meal and all of the fries were hard and snapped when you tried to bend it.
The meat was not fully cooked in my sandwich.

I will not eat at this place again until. The nasty person not adhering to the dress code, wearing skinny jeans and then have them pulled down below their butt cheeks. I watch him pull them up and down a little over and over while bagging people’s food after touching his underwear. Him and every manager that allows him or anyone else to not have their pants pulled up and tucked in should be fired. I remember when mcdonald’s used to be one of the best fast food restaurants now this one is just nasty. Because before you can expect anyone to do anything right they first have to follow the dress code. Because if they’re not gonna follow that basic rule, imagine all the other ones they’re breaking while handling y’all’s food. And the managers are just letting them get away with it. Everybody here needs to be retrained this needs to be shut down until they weed out the bad apples.

Hiring more people won’t help. This place needs training on how to work. Bunch of people running around accomplishing nothing at all. Yelling and cussing in front of customers, no one acknowledges you while you’re standing at the counter. Big egos for some burger makers. Definitely one of the worst places in Moultrie.
