The staff was so nice. Even though it was late they didn’t rush me they made our food right then so it wasn’t sitting there. I haven’t had employees this nice in a long time. The manager Joshua was so nice and went out of his way to make my son in a good mood. He was cleaning and doing things to get the store ready to be closed right. Everyone was working as a team and no one was just sitting around doing nothing. No one was on their phones and lately every where I go I see employees not doing nothing on the phone acting like im bothering them. So I would recommend any one to come here even if its out of the way. They really really did a really good job and our food was hot and they all had smiles. No one was miserable cause its kinda late. So definitely come here even if u have to take a couple extra minutes to get here.

I usually dont do these reviews but here we go. I’ve never had a problem till tonight. I go to pick up my order. 3 snack wraps ,small fry ,and a coke. First they didn’t have the order right. Then I check my bag 2 items were missing. I asked for extra ice in my drink ,barely had any ice in there. The snack wrap.i got wasnt even hot.

Placed an order for breakfast at 10:55am only to pull up at 10:59 just before the lunch menu switched on… they refused to make and give me my order. This place is the worst run franchise. Always dirty and the food is always wrong. Why did I even waste my time?

This is by far THE WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to! The people are disrespectful and rude. I came to this location around 6ish pm today and everyone on that shift was just utterly unprofessional rude, the one manger gentleman with a hickey on his neck was soooooo unprofessional and the gentleman that took my order that I didn’t get his name needs to be FIRED, no way people should be treated this way. I’m reporting this whole team to corporate.

You HAVE to check ALL items in the bag!! Ordered breakfast and they didn’t bother to put ANY syrup in bag for 2 orders of Big Pancakes breakfast! Every time I go SOMETHING is missing from order and they are not cheap for you to eat dry pancakes. VERY Disappointed. They used to be good but now it’s just how quickly they can move that line and not check the orders apparently or run out and don’t want to lose the order so just hand you the bag?

we placed a VERY large order for a birthday party (12 burgers and fries plus 80 nuggets) and not only was the service lightning fast but when the online payment was confusing, we were PATIENTLY helped! This may be the hidden gem McDonald’s staff in NJ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
