We ordered through Uber eats. They were fine, but the food was horrible. It was not what we ordered. What we did receive was burnt and there were no condiments on the sandwiches. The milkshakes were nothing, but whipped cream with a topping. There was no ice cream in it at all. It was terrible. I won’t be going to that sonic again.

The last few times my wife and I went there, over half their stalls were out of order. The screens where you order were black / none functional. The quality of service and food has decreased too. I can see why since the business isn’t being kept up on. The workers don’t work in the best environment either! If the Sonic corporation doesn’t care about this location, why should the employees?

My family, especially our children loves this Sonic location so much. They have tons of options on a variety of food and drinks. The staff is amazing and so fast to get your order to you even when they are low on staff at times. If an order is wrong the manager makes sure it’s corrected. The atmosphere is clean and friendly employees. Definitely recommend!

I ordered ahead on the app, then when I arrived they came out and told me the life cream machines were down. I asked how to get a refund and the girl just said, “in the app” like it was a simple process. It was not. I had to call countless times for days in a row, but this location never once answered the phone. I had to search the website for a corporate number tall, go through transfers, be placed on hold, recite my order and locate the order number, a headache.

I unfortunately need to hop on the bandwagon to affirm that this Sonic seems to be poorly managed and horribly understaffed. We spent about 15 minutes futility waiting in a bay to be able to put an order in. We gave that up and got in line for the drive through, since there were cars in line and the line was slowly moving. We waited at the drive through speaker for another 5 minutes, and no one talked to us to taken an order. We were ultimately able to put an order in for the drinks we wanted at the pickup window. We only got drinks, and that still took about 10 minutes to get. One of our drinks was not what we ordered, which we did not notice until moving on, and we figured it was not worth waiting even longer to get that fixed. It looked like there was one employee running the whole operation at around 6PM, which is evident of severe mismanagement, if there even is a manager.

My family and I Waited over 30 minutes past estimated pick up time to get our ice cream/slushies. There were only four items ordered. I tried calling to make sure our order was viewable on their end, and no one answered. This place sucks customer service wise. They have no time management whatsoever. The place wasn’t even busy. If you have orders, do your best to fill them before having a break. This is fast food. If I wanted to wait on ice cream I would’ve went somewhere else, but scooping and blending ice cream takes 5 minutes at most. I’m so disappointed.

Ordered an Oreo chocolate shake with extra Oreos tonight. Got the shake and it had no chocolate syrup and barely any Oreos in it. Told the carhop it didn’t look correct it looked like a regular Oreo shake and it didn’t look like there were hardly any Oreos in it. She said it was correct it just looks like there’s no chocolate syrup in it because they have to add extra ice cream in it. Brought it home looked through it no chocolate syrup to be found and hardly any Oreo pieces. Very disappointed.

Went to Sonic this evening, I don’t think they care about customer service. I waited in the drive through about 15 minutes nobody never said a word, much less take my order. I backed up and got into one of the parking spots to order from the screen. I pushed the button, no body offered to take my order, or say anything. I wasted 30 minutes of my time at Sonic for nothing. I think an overhaul of staff should happen asap!

Sat in line 20 mins to be told they weren’t serving any ice cream . In the future it would be nice to have signs posted or come out and tell people before they sit in line that long.
