Not sure why we as humans are still supporting these large corporations. 12.00 for two chalupas a one taco with barely any meat in it and full of lettuce, It’s ridiculous. You can blame your employees all you want but this so embarrassing. Wow. My support will always go to locally owned services. I see how you get 5 star on your reviews, I’ve worked it before how your organization pays a certain company to send reviews for your organization and score it 5. You deserve maybe 1/2 for just making the food. Don’t even believe it’s real meat. Sure looks different from your local business competitors where they make it fresh. Just so you know you’ll be getting a lot more surveys, not because I like the food but because the service/price sucks.

We were alone in the the lobby, which was very clean & welcoming. I sat with my daughter & service animal & completed an online order. Our food arrived within minutes. The food was hot & flavorful. The restrooms were clean with paper products available. We enjoyed our stay. The staff had positive energy.

I went today to get a few things and one of them was a soft taco supreme..the last time I ordered one they did not put tomatoes on it..so today I simply ask the cashier if she can make sure they put the tomatoes on and explained what happened before..I was not rude. I got tothe window and she gave me my food and I told her thank u and she said now if that aint right…u let me know ..so I checked my food and there was no cheese or tomatoes on the soft taco supreme..so I told her and she said can Karen get some tomatoes and cheese…that was totally unprofessional and unneccsary. Then I went inside to get her name and the manager came to the counter and I asked her for her name and she knew what happened and i told her thats not professional and it was out of line..she basically said uou have her name and said nothing else…no quality service here!

Drive thru guy looks and smells like he doesn’t know what a shower is. Only gave me 3 packets of sauce for 2 burritos, and the burritos were cold. Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I’m literally half drunk and these things still suck.
– also, pretty sure the white guy with a beard I saw was a manager and he was the one that put these COLD burritos in the bag. And I don’t mean “COLD” as lukewarm. I mean ROOMTEMP AT BEST. Borderline refrigerated.

My husband and I went thru here today and the lady who was working drive thru was very rude when we were being nothing but nice asking for sum sauces, “I heard you I can multitask” in a very rude way. This was around 2pm and we did speak to the manager but idk, it was just a bad experience an I usually don’t complain on fast food but yea.

I went there with my company for lunch, around 1 and the employees were very unmotivated, it was like I was an inconvenience to them to have to order my food inside at the counter. I am not one to make these things aware but it was very uncomfortable eating my food in there, as well as them eating while cooking the food

If you don’t like working In Fast food DONT work there or at least don’t make it the customers problem when the Customer is being polite . I asked for a few request with my order and wanted 10 mild and 10 fire so I waited at the window after checking my bag because there were 0 mild sauce in the bag .I am not apologizing for patiently waiting for something at the window and politely re-asking for it , when I already asked for it at the speaker . Customers can see the faces you make through the window and read body language hope the atmosphere gets better for the workers and customers because I enjoy the food.
