The drinks are fun! So many options. Authentic Mexican dessert menu: flan, tres leches, etc. we ordered the flan and it was good!
The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care, and the drinks were on point (seriously… the cucumber jalapeño margaritas deserve their own award).
Everything came out fast, hot, and delicious, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.
If you’re in the North Myrtle Beach area and want great Mexican food with an awesome vibe, Cantina Imperfecto is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!
The DD house margarita is excellent – a reasonable glass for $9, so I enjoyed two of them. My wife enjoyed the quesobirria tacos, and I went big with the Molcajete bowl. It has strips of chicken, steak, pineapple, and poblano peppers, draped into a steaming bowl of sauce loaded with ground chorizo. I highly recommend it!
Service was excellent and I’m sure most customers leave happy.
Excellent all around! Our waitress from Colombia was wonderful. It was her first day, and her English was great, which we appreciated since we’re hard of hearing. I hope we get her again.
The food was mild, which we prefer. They offered jalapeños and lime on the side, plus fresh ground salt and pepper on the table, and I’m sure we could’ve gotten hot sauce if we wanted. A nice touch that lets everyone season to taste. I really liked that the food wasn’t smothered with cheese. The beans and rice were filling, but felt light.
Generous portions of ceviche, short ribs, and fajitas were all outstanding. We’ll definitely be back!
The interior aesthetic is absolutely stunning and a beautiful spot which is why I recommend it to so many!!
Get the butter cake!!! My favorite dessert on the Grand Strand!
