One of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had! My food was super fresh, everything was squeaky clean and the staff was out of this world! Very friendly, and helpful! 10/10!! Will visit again!!

Earlier today, I visited this location and ordered a #9 combo. When I got home and began eating, both the Mexican pizza and cinnamon twists tasted like they were cooked in old grease, completely unappetizing and disappointing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return right away, but when I came back hours later, I expected the issue to be handled professionally.
The lady supervisor was respectful and helpful, and I truly appreciated her attitude. However, the General Manager’s response was unacceptable. He didn’t want to remake my full order at first, despite the fact that I had to use my own time and gas to return. That’s not just poor customer service, it’s a lack of accountability.
To make matters worse, they still left off my cinnamon twists and kept my receipt, which felt like an attempt to prevent me from contacting corporate. This location had finally started improving, but this experience was a major setback. I’ll be taking my business back to the Fultondale location, even though it’s less convenient. At least there, I’m treated with respect.
I strongly recommend that the GM undergo a customer service evaluation or training. Customers deserve better.

Came to this location to place an order. Staff looked at me and no one asked if they could assist me. I was then asked to use the kiosk as opposed to a person just taking my order. I am all for technology but lack of customer service or orientation is not what keeps a business open.

I ordered 2 grill cheese burritos with certain sauce’s in them
I received the wrong order at the window and asked for my order and thought i got it
I parked and checked my ordered to find it was still wrong sauce and all
I went in and showed the employees my order which is the pics below
They asked if i wanted it grilled… i was like the sauce isn’t right either and they preceding to say i was lying!
It’s a shame cause i love taco bell but there’s no way i’ll be back to that location

Overall great experience, great food, great service. Taco Bell gets a bad rap sometimes and deservingly so, but not this one. Would definitely recommend this location.

Just like space, my food was mostly empty. I got maybe a teaspoon of meat and lettuce on my taco and the burritos are the same way. I’ve ordered from here numerous times but this is a first. One thing is consistent the Night shift just doesn’t care.
