Had a great dining experience. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with a solid variety of Asian dishes on the menu. Whether you’re in the mood for sushi, stir-fry, or something a bit more adventurous, they’ve got you covered. Everything we tried was fresh and well-seasoned, and the presentation was spot on.

The service was equally impressive, attentive without being overbearing. Our server was friendly and quick to make recommendations. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and comfortable, perfect for a casual meal or a night out.

We have eaten at Red Bowl twice so far. Both times Cindy served us and our dinners were phenomenal! She was so sweet and patient as we explored the menu and asked questions. Everything we ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. This is my family’s new favorite Asian cuisine restaurant!

My visit to Red Bull Asian Bistro in Deltona, Florida, was a stark contrast to the high praise I had heard from people I truly trust and respect who live in the area. As someone who doesn’t live in Deltona but nearby in Sanford, I was excited to give this place a try, especially since I was already in the area for a birthday party. My son loves Asian food, so it seemed like a great opportunity to enjoy a meal together. Unfortunately, my expectations quickly unraveled from the moment we walked in.

The first sign that things weren’t going to go well was where they seated us. Despite the restaurant being far from full, we were led to the very last table at the back. The space wasn’t packed, yet we were placed in a location that felt isolated and almost like an afterthought. It wasn’t a welcoming start, to say the least. I couldn’t shake the feeling that this was a sign of how the rest of the experience would unfold, and unfortunately, I was right.

When it came time to order, I made what I now recognize as a mistake: I ordered summer rolls. Typically a Vietnamese dish, this was clearly not the restaurant’s strong suit, and it showed. The rolls were tough to eat, the rice paper was hard, and it was clear they had been sitting out for a while. The texture was dry and unappetizing—far from the fresh, soft rice paper you expect with a summer roll. It was evident they had been pre-made and left out for too long, which was disappointing for a dish that’s usually light and refreshing.

That said, the sushi and shrimp fried rice we ordered were much better, though still not enough to redeem the experience. The sushi was passable—nothing spectacular, but not terrible either. It was fresh enough but didn’t stand out. The shrimp fried rice, however, was the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful, cooked well, and had a nice balance of shrimp and vegetables. If there was one thing I’d come back for, it would be the shrimp fried rice.

But even the decent food couldn’t make up for the service, which was the most frustrating part of the entire experience. From the moment we were seated, it was as if we were forgotten. We had to ask for drinks, which is typically something the server brings promptly, but not here. We also had to ask for additional utensils, and when it came time to pack up the food, I had to physically get up to request to-go containers. It wasn’t until I was on my feet looking for assistance that someone finally asked if I needed anything. The staff’s lack of attention made the entire meal feel like we were more of an inconvenience than valued customers.

In the end, the overall experience felt hollow and disjointed. While the food had some redeeming qualities, the lackluster service and small issues like the pre-made summer rolls significantly soured the visit. The fact that my friends had such glowing reviews of this place and my experience was the exact opposite leaves me scratching my head. It could be that this place is better suited for take-out, where you can avoid the service altogether and just enjoy the food at home.

I won’t be returning for a dine-in experience anytime soon, and I’d urge anyone considering this place to be mindful of the potential service pitfalls. It might be worth a shot if you’re looking for take-out, but based on my experience, it’s not a place I’d rush back to for a sit-down meal.

I recently accidentally received an incorrect to go order. Once home I called them to advise and they were extreme professional and reasonable. I reassured them that we are all human and sometimes make simple mistakes. They took care of me and I greatly appreciate their quality of service. I highly recommend this restaurant. And the food is delicious which is a big plus!!! Happy Holidays!!!

Coming from up north it’s been hard to find a good Chinese spot, they opened and we love getting our takeout but it’s nice to go & sit to enjoy family night especially with such an awesome staff who always smile, but also remember their customers and always make us feel welcoming, it’s irritating when ignorant, miserable people come in get treated the same way we do, but always have some thing nasty and false to nag about because they hate the world!! This place is clean, food comes out fresh, and they work damn hard to give us a good experience ! Don’t trust the negative Nancie’s and check it out yourself!!!

Had a delicious dinner here today. Service was lovely and very accommodating. Food was incredible! I ordered pork fried rice and a chicken tempura roll. My boyfriend ordered the ocean roll, spicy tuna roll, and the salmon roll which came with a salad. The ginger dressing in the salad was delicious! All four rolls we got were amazing and the perfect consistency and texture and flavor!
This is definitely going to be our go-to sushi place for a long time.

I hate to say this cause I normally love this place but today came for my daughter’s birthday. We have 7 people and they all got their food and I had to wait another 20 mins for mine I guess cause I ordered a sushi roll but by the time I got my food everyone one was done a asking for box’s food was great but I could not eat with my family and they didn’t get drink refills cause I’m guessing the server didn’t want to come back with out my food. I am highly dissatisfied never had this experience here before

Normally love this place. Ordered take out for the first time. They have a policy on no returns or refunds on mistakes once you leave the property. My fried dumplings are almost black and smothered in old oil. The bourbon chicken is so watery. Only thing that was ok is the won ton soup (which is the same everywhere). $30 down the drain for an awful takeout meal.

Have been eagerly awaiting the opening of Red Bowl and I was finally able to make it in. We went on a Sunday at lunch time and found that the bistro was pleasantly busy.

A very nice atmosphere greets you as the hostess met us at the door.

We were quickly seated and drink orders taken. We placed our order and the entree’s were brought out in about 5 minutes.

Hot, fresh and definitely delicious! Portions were nicely sized.

My wife ordered the Shrimp Lo Mein and I ordered the Orange Chicken. Both dishes were fantastic!

A very wide variety of items on the menu will make it hard to choose! Looking forward to our next visit.
