Open Doors is a warm, fun place to come and enjoy a fine cup of coffee and make some great memories. Our coffee is sourced locally from Outpost Roasters who is a small batch roastery here in Johnson City. Outpost Roasters provides us with some amazing coffees that come from all of the world, and are ethically sourced and fair trade certified. Come in and try any of our single origin coffees on tap or a great espresso drink made by our expert baristas. You will find delicious homemade breakfast and lunch along with our savory and delicious authentic Belgium Liege waffles. We have some decadent, locally made muffins too! Dine in, online, call in orders are available. Our front porch offers a beautiful view of the Tennessee mountains.

Sweet little breakfast place. Love to find local businesses when visiting a new area. Doesn’t have much curb appeal from the outside, but don’t let that deter you. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. Kind and courteous staff. Seasonal pumpkin Chai latte was amazing. Biscuits were flaky and delicious. Be sure to check out this hidden gem.

I was here a few months ago to eat. It was delicious. The service is still great, but the gravy was watered down and the biscuits weren’t as good. The eggs, bacon and hash browns were delicious. The coffee was great as always. Last time they brought my meal in skillet, which I thought was very cool and unique. This time it was just a plate, but it is what it is. It was also freezing cold, so I had to eat my food fast because it was getting cold. I come to the VA every few months and I was really looking forward to eating here. I’m sure I’ll try it again down the road, but not next time. It’s a really cool place with a good vibe, but I expect better food for $15.

Absolutely epic spot about 2 minutes off of the highway. Service was spectacular; staff were friendly and helped us navigate the menu, offering suggestions about what to order, what was popular. What was their favorite. Menu was simple, but had great options. Arguably, the best breakfast burrito in my life. Cowboy Burrito, with carne asada protein. Pricing was unbelievable.

Really sad they discontinued soy sausage as a breakfast protein. I’ve been a customer for 7 years and loved how vegan/vegetarian-friendly their menu used to be. Staff is always kind and love how affordable their prices are. Great community business.
