Takes 25 minutes to get a drink and mozzarella sticks. Half of the ordering machines are either about to fall apart or not even connected to the right screen when you’re ordering. Cats are all over the parking lot and the service is extremely slow.

Placed mobile order at 6:35pm for 3 route 44 drinks and 2 pretzels and 30 minutes later still nothing. It’s not like they were busy. Had to call and ask for order just to have someone come ask what order and we checked in as soon as we got there, as a matter of fact placed order while in parking lot. They served people that came after we did. I recommend everyone to never, never go to Sonic in Abbeville unless you don’t mind waiting…..Terrible Service………

Food was good & standard for Sonic. Parking lot was oddly arranged w/all non-handicapped parking spots on outside lanes. Looks as if almost all customers use the drive-thru due to parking constraints. Service was excellent.

This sonic needs to be closed down immediately ‼️ the employees is very rude, disrespectful even the lightskin manager he needs to go to!! he’s very unprofessional n let them kids run his shift. waited in line for about 15 minutes just for them to get my order wrong n so say taking they time.

One star for the drink. At first I was amazed that it took less than 5 minutes for my food to come out considering the place was so busy then I open my burger, take a bite and find that it is cold and stale. Must have been one sitting there for a while so they sent it out. I guess thats how i got it fast. No pride in yalls work.

food is good and usually consistent, I just find myself spending around 15 to 20 minutes on every order. I usually do online ordering, always just drinks, and it almost always takes the team the length of a Nickelodeon cartoon to get me my drink. The service and workers are always nice people, but it just takes so long.

They are nice but can NEVER get my order right. Its just ketchup and pickle with my cheeseburger and they gave me just ketchup. If I’m paying almost 6 dollars for a burger I would like my order to be correct because I even do it through the app usually, so you can read what I want. Like y’all burgers are already expensive enough please save me the stress and just add my pickles. This is so common this happens
