It’s Halloween & they are busy busy!!! Customers being rude to them, wanting them to rush. They can’t go any faster than they’re already going unfortunately. With that many people and pizzas being ordered only so many can go through the oven at a time. I literally told them I was going to pray for them tonight, and I did!! They were very friendly, and considering it’s Halloween they’re having to work and not with their kids and it being busy. They were in great spirits & the pizza was good as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Over an hour wait after ordering online. HORRIBLE and WRONG TERRIBLY COOKED “PRETZEL” crust with 0 pepperoni even though lady that came in asked for no pepperoni and she was told they couldn’t do ANY special requests! Just a bad place and Little Ceasars obviously doesn’t care about quality or customer service. I’m done trying. Its always something!

I ordered a pizza there before it was soaked in grease I used to go there in order pizza through drive-through and no one would answer the drive-through I quit going there. This has to be the worse Little Ceasers. They truly need to shut this location down. You will always wait in the long line because instead of telling customers to park as their order is getting ready. It should only be a pick up window; not place an order and hold up the line window. I waited almost 45 min in line to get to the window and watch the employees walk past numerous times. One answered when I finally honked the horn. She then tells me to come inside! I informed her I have been waiting 45 min in line?! She kept saying sorry to come in. At that point , I told her they can keep the pizza and left. If the order is not wrong, you will be waiting. I don’t expect the best service for a 6 dollar pizza, but that is insane. I rather pay the extra money to get good service and better food.

It never fails. I always order on the mobile app and I still have a long wait, the staff has NO urgency, and it seems no managers, or manners. My food is 9/10 always incorrect. Today’s order was supposed to be ready between 12:43-12:46. It was 1:11 when I got it and it was still wrong. Smh I’ve said it before but this will be my last time ordering from this location. People work too hard for money to be wasted. Can’t find the other picture but it definitely wasn’t a pretzel crust. And how is the pizza half and half?. I don’t eat pork or beef so how was I supposed eat

The eastpointe location is better when it comes to service, and quality of food. The selling point of this location is the convenience. It’s right where other nearby things are and when you don’t feel like/or unable to get out of the car they have a drive thru. Welp that’s no longer a selling point because the last 3-4 times I’ve come here they ask me to come in…it’s really no point if the drive thru if they never use it

It’s Little Caesars, cheap, fast, more than you get from some places. This location didn’t have the crust or soda I ordered so they actually gave me a free brownie bar on top of the one I already ordered (soda was also swapped out for free). Busy location later in the night so keep in mind. Walk in lobby was clean and empty though which is good as I walk most places anyway.

Placed online order. 30 min later I’m at the store and the lady informed me they messed my order up and had to remake it. After another 30 mins I finally get my order only to receive a very under cooked pizza. Dough raw and cheese not melted. I had to finish cooking at home! Will never come back to this location

I had said after my last visit that I would never come back to this location. But because of convenience here I go. Only to learn that they could do worst than the last visit. After calling in the order, having to wait in the drive thru because the doors were closed. To pick up a cool box being taken out the hot box. Then to get it home and placing the slices on a plate to find a forien object in the cheese.
