I recently stopped by this McDonald’s and had a really good experience, even though the app gave me a little trouble! I tried to place my order through the app, but it just wouldn’t go through. No worries though, because I popped inside and used the self-service kiosks, which were super easy to navigate.
We ordered 8 hamburgers, a medium fry, a large sweet tea, a large diet coke, and a Happy Meal. Everything came out perfectly! It only took about 10 minutes for our whole order to be ready.
The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure everything ran smoothly even with the app not cooperating. The dining area was clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
I really appreciated that even when technology glitches happen, there was a simple, stress-free backup option with the kiosks. Plus, the accuracy of the order made me feel like they really care about getting it right.
If you ever run into app issues or just want a quick, easy way to order, I definitely recommend giving the kiosks a try. I’ll happily come back here next time I’m craving a McDonald’s meal!

If all I ordered was fries why are you upset I ask for them fresh after you try to pass me 2hour old fries. Then proceed to half fill the fry box. Like bruh I paid 5 bucks for a medium fry the least you can do is stuff that box and make it fresh.. WHAT ELSE ARE YOU DOING!! Window service is absolutely slow and horrible. The last 4 times we’ve stopped at this McDonald’s it took OVER 20 minutes waiting in the window line to receive our food. Line was not crazy long, maybe 2 cars in line ahead of me at both windows then the single line at the windows. Not only are they slow, they almost always get our order wrong.

Not the first time this has happened. Pre-ordered through the app. Gave my code in the drive thru. They verified it. I pulled up gave my name. They said they didn’t have an order with that name. Got that squared away. Pulled up to collect my food. Repeated my order as there seemed to be more confusion. Got my coffees and food. Knew I shouldn’t have left until I verified everything but it was -20 degrees out. Got home and they gave me someone else’s order. Had to go back anyway. My fault for not checking. Again, not the first time this has happened.

Slower than usual drive-thru service at a typical McDonald’s. Food was good. Receipt not offered at payment window. Delivery window will give it to you, but only if you ask for it. Friendly staff.

This has to be my first five star for a McDonalds restaurant. It was recently remodeled and it’s beautiful inside. The nicest I have seen for a McDonald’s. We stopped for breakfast on a long road trip. Food was hot and decent. Staff was very courteous. Long line for drive thru but nobody inside.

When you order food through the drive thru, there will AWLAYS be something wrong with the order. Its actually quite unbelievable how something will be missing almost 100% of the time.

Come here if you want to wait for 30 minutes plus for some Mc Donald just to find out your order has been messed up and the people there are rude. Come here if you want to lose your appetite. Maybe it is a good thing that the service and atmosphere is horrible maybe people like me would start cooking at home instead.
