I had a very disappointing experience at HuHot. The biggest issue was hygiene. I observed cooks not wearing gloves and not washing their hands between handling food. I also noticed the staff who were stocking the food were not practicing proper sanitation. That’s extremely concerning in a restaurant setting and made me uncomfortable eating there.
On top of that, the cooking station was very slow, and the wait staff also moved at a slow pace, which made the experience frustrating. Additionally, one of the shorter male staff members was rude and unprofessional in his interactions.
Overall, the cleanliness, speed, and customer service all need serious improvement. I hope management addresses these concerns because food safety and respectful service should be a priority.

All I can say is.. What the hell. Juliette at the Kalispel Huhot is the most awkward person I have ever met. She checked on us only once out of like the whole hour we were there. She never asked us actual questions that a waiter should ask. She just said stuff like “so are you guys gonna go now or?..” Like ot was terrible. However, I would give 5 stars to the mowhawk chef. He’s bomb and the nicest chef I’ve met. I’d also like to note that we came here about a week ago and Juliette acted the same way. She is clearly not a people person and should be working somewhere in the back if shes going to have a job here. We had to wave her down the first time we came here and even with us waving, she walked past us twice. She also brought us our check the first time without even asking if we were ready. This time, she wouldn’t even stop by our table to ask anything at all other than that one time. We also heard her talking to the people at the tables around us and they ALL seemed very uncomfortable. We even laughed about it with the table behind us because they were whispering about it after Juliette had left. Out of every resteraunt I’ve been to in all of kaluspel, this is the worst waitress I’ve met..

Usually, the service is absolutely amazing. This review is for a specific waitress we’ve gotten before about a few weeks ago and then today. Throughout our meal, she did not check on us even once, and when she did, it was to ask if we were ready to go. It was not “Is there anything I can get out, or are you ready for your check?” it was, “So, uh… Are you guys ready to leave yet?…” She was very awkward. When she did actually come to us, it was not something she chose to do on her own. We had to wave her down and she took a long time to answer, often staring at us and taking long pauses between her words. She brought us our check before even asking if we wanted anything more, like dessert or anything else to drink. It was frustrating and she did not put in the simple effort to even ask how our day was at the beginning, which isn’t required at all, but is still a respectful gesture to show your customers that you care, and we could tell she did not. I believe her name was Juliette.
To be fair, she was very nice, but really just doesn’t seem fit to be a waitress. We did not get silverware, and we did not get asked if we wanted refills. The only reason this review got 3 stars for service is because there was a chef there who engaged with the customers and was extremely funny and friendly. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out, but I do not. Overall, everything except service was amazing. Please, will all do respect, learn to hire competent people.

This place was going downhill a year ago, I don’t know how it’s staying open right now. You have the two slowest people I’ve ever seen trying to cook the food, the grill is so cold nothing is sizzling when it’s put on there, and one of the cooks is using 12 gallons of water per cooking area to clean it, then asking why it’s not hot… they must really be hurting for employees, for a rush hour on Friday night I’m completely disappointed. Only people moving with a purpose are the waitresses, if I was the manager I’d be ashamed. EDIT: I wrote this out while waiting for our food and had to come back afterwards to add this. I just paid 48$ for two plates of cold food. The only portions that were warm were the parts in direct contact with the grill. The food wasn’t spread out, wasn’t flipped, nothing. I had half cooked meats, and completely raw vegetables. I’m not someone to be picky about food, and I used to love this place. Leaving with a pain in my stomach and my wallet missing almost 50$ is enough to make me never eat here again.

The infinite combinations of meat, veggies and noodles with sauce are amazing. Cooks were on their game and helpful. The potstickets were freezer burnt and cold. The crab rangions were okay but the sauce was not pleasant. Customer service was lacking.

This is exactly what I needed today. On our way back from glacier national park, we stopped here for dinner.
Since I made my own plate, I was able to make it vegetarian. The best part was that it’s unlimited. I made a small bowl and then I could go again to tweak my sauce XD
The staff were polite and helpful, plenty of place to sit and parking spots available.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to the HuHot in Kalispell, and I know they had issues with keeping help, and were closed random days during the week. However, this was not the case during my visit. The food on the line was fresh, and staff were friendly. The grill master cooked my creations perfectly, and my waitress kept my glass full. My kids and I had a pleasant time.

Great food when you choose the right combo. Cooks were great, both in on their day off. They kept apologizing for the wait, but frankly just as fast as if there were 10 or only 2 people. Definitely return. Servers super friendly and attentive!

Great value for unlimited lunch. Many vegetables, meats, toppings and sauces to choose from. It can be as healthy as you like or you can opt for more noodles depending on what you feel like. Staff and cooks are friendly, I will be back!

I am goving 5 stars because we love this place but please for all that is holy in this world either pay the people you currently have on staff more per hour like $18-22 and or hire more staff. The wait staff is stretched to the thinnest like thinner than the sliced meats. They work hard, they are productive in chaos and deserve better pay! Make them want to be there, make them feel appreciated by paying them fairly! You make enough to pay them a living wage
