The employees who took my meal were polite and very patient. They didn’t miss a detail on anything I ordered and did not forget my sauces. The chicken and biscuits were fresh and hot, would probably refrain from the Mac and cheese but the cole slaw was excellent that day.

Nicest bojangles’s i’ve been to but yet worst occurrence. I just wanted to wash my hands, i couldn’t, and neither could employees. im a germaphobe and i also work with concrete so i needed my hands washed, as well as the employees hands able to be washed. unfortunate waste of time too 🙁 im sure food was great, didnt eat

Food isn’t great. Needed a quick stop. Bathrooms were gross (men’s and women’s) no papertowels, no soap in womens, the hand dryers might as well been me blowing air from my mouth. I left and went to subway.

Stopped by about fifteen minutes before closing time. Food was hot and the service was good. You do not always get that. Part of the dining room was closed off as I guessed they cleaned that part early. Staff were friendly.

Couldn’t use women bathroom men were using and going in ans out. The cashier (John) didn’t want to help. I wanted a bacon egg and cheese meal with no biscuit stated it cant be done. My boyfriend and I recently visited your restaurant, and we were disappointed with the service. No one greeted us or checked on us during our visit, and we noticed an employee texting on their phone instead of assisting customers. This made us feel ignored and unwelcome. Has Bojangles changed their cuts of meat because the breasts are half the size as my recent visit . Chicken was lukewarm, I also noticed none of the lights above any food were on. This should be a highly performing and profitable business just seems to be lacking.
