Let’s try The Louie’s Grill and Bar in Broken Arrow, a Hal Smith operation.
It is a loud noisy sports bar. Big screens everywhere, to catch your favorite sport. Comfortable booths and tables. Fast friendly service. A couple of perfectly cooked cheese burgers for my wife and me. Very good and I love the thin crunchy fries. Excellent fast service.
A good place to grab a burger and your favorite brew!

The food was pretty good and it wasnt
‘t super loud despite being busy. We asked for sweet tea and was given unsweetened. This was fine as mistakes happen. But when we asked for the problem to be remedied, we were met with condescension and gaslighting at best. They brought us another glass of unsweetened tea. We informed them there no sugar in this tea. After the 3rd glass, we asked the server to taste it herself (not from our glasses because that would be gross). And she realized then that NO ONE HAD SWEETENED THE TEA LABELED “SWEET.” No apology, she just asked if we wanted to sweeten it ourselves. At this point, the tea was on ice so we declined adding the sugar and just drank water.
I say all this to explain, if your customer expresses a concern, maybe don’t write them off. It just make you look like an idiot.

I definitely should have checked the menu online. It’s been a good decade since my last visit and was craving a chicken fried steak. I did find some good fish tacos to make up for it. The chips and questions was also a big hit.
However, the best part of my experience here was Megan. My daughter was having a silent meltdown. It was a little loud, so she wouldn’t answer me on what she wanted. Megan helped her to calm down and she ended up having a great experience as well. Thank you so so much Megan!!!!

Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Atmosphere standard for bar and grill. They accommodated us for a table of 15 on Father’s Day. Which is why I gave it an overall five-star rating even though it is not fine dining.

I’ll start off by saying the service was great. The food, on the other hand, is mediocre. The fried fish was overcooked and chewy. The chicken tenders were ok but didn’t taste like fresh battered chicken. The meatball appetizer was ok, but I’m not sure the meatballs are fresh made either.

The menu had a nice variety of items to choose from. I had the club sandwich which was good. We went at lunch and were able to get a table quickly, the food came out fairly quick, but the server could have been a little more attentive. Had to flag her down for extra napkins and a refill.

Great place with lots of energy! Waitress was very pleasant, attentive and made 2 drink recommendations and I enjoyed both. The fish tacos is a must have, and I highly recommend the house sauce that comes with it. I got it on the side just incase I did like it but I was wrong it’s to die for!

I have been to Louie’s here in Broken Arrow many times and the food is usually pretty good and the service is usually pretty good but tonight on New Year’s Eve, I got there at 9pm, the hours posted on the door says close at 11pm but I guess it closes at 10pm as I found out later. When my 9 year old son and I got there it wasn’t very busy at all, maybe one other customer, we sat in the bar area so my son can get a good view of the Thunder’s game while I watch the CFP playoff game Ohio State vs Miami! There was several service staff standing around but I guess the bartender was the only one maybe who can help us, he got our drinks reasonably quickly but we sat there for over 20 minutes before he came back to get our orders, not sure what took him so long because the restaurant was going to close at 10pm, he was the most unfriendly server I’ve ever experienced, he looked like he didn’t even want to be there, I get it, it’s New Year’s Eve and I wouldn’t want to work either but damn, fake it and put a smile on or something. I needed another salsa for my chips and tacos and he was no where to be found so I had to flag the manager down to get me one while other staff members were just standing around chatting, maybe they were already off their shift but come on, they could have helped out the bartender some! What made me really mad was with 1:30 left for the Ohio state vs Miami game, the bartender just turned the Tv off and it was just 9:40pm, I told him, hey man, I was watching the football game and it’s just 1:30 minute left, he blew me off and didn’t give a crap, just really rude! This was the worst experience I have ever had at Louie’s, honestly the server bartender didn’t even deserved a tip but I am a nice guy and it’s New Year’s Eve so I still gave him 15%+ tip! I honestly hate giving a bad review, I only give good reviews but tonight really upset me as I was trying to make it a nice experience for my son! I challenge the manager to reach out to me and prove me wrong and I may give Louie’s another visit and possibly retract my rating to a more positive one next time! We shall see. Bruce.

We had a great waiter & I’m horrible with names! I so wish I could remember his because he was great… The burgers were good, the funnel cake sticks with caramel sauce are amazing!
2/27/23; Again food was great. We had Fried Pickles, Chicken Stip dinner, Pizza, cheeseburger & couldn’t leave without Funnel Cake fries. Our waitress was friendly & stayed on top of refills etc. If you haven’t tried this place you need to.

It is very good place to go and take your family. if you’re looking for a place to party – this is not it, which is okay. They close at 11:00 p.m. The wings, cheese curds, and especially those awesome fries we’re all really good! The barmaid was very friendly and had a lot of personality. It is definitely a family-oriented place.
