I visited this location at about 8:30 last night. I got a Dave’s Double. I used to think Wendy’s was the best, of the main stream chain burgers out there. The best word i can use to describe the one I got was AWEFUL. Ever molecule of moisture was cooked out of this burger. It was 4 stages beyond, “chili meat.” Dry beyond belief. It felt and tasted like i was chewing a piece of fried leather. Crunchy exterior on both burgers. Almost a black color to them. I was already back on the highway when I opened it, or I would have returned. They have an automated ordering system when you drive up. I ordered, no tomato or mustard, extra onions and ketchup. I got; NO lettuce, very few onions, very little ketchup, NO pickles. This left a real bad taste in my mouth for Wendy’s. I pass this one all the time. First time I have stopped. I will not make the same mistake again. Additionally, it took 15 min for, 4 cars to go thru the line. If this is what Wendy’s food has become, I will not go back to any of them.

AWEFUL, AWEFUL Dave’s double. So dry it was crunchy. Felt and tasted like eating 2 pieces of leather. 4 stages BEYOND being “chili meat.” I ordered no tomato or mustard, extra onion and ketchup. What i got was, NO lettuce, NO pickle, very few onions, and almost no ketchup. EXTREMELY slow drive up time. This was THE worst burger I have ever been served at a hamburger place. I would have rather eaten a burger at a catered event with a dish full of burgers that had been cooked 2 hours before. AWEFUL. If I were Wendy’s I would be ASHAMED to serve something like that, crunchy burger. I was already back on the Interstate when I opened it, or I would have gone back.

I stopped in around 1030pm on 1/30/26 and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The cashier that was working was very lovely so no complains there. However, I got back and ate my food and a few hours later I woke up incredibly ill and started vomited all night long. So this morning I called the location and someone picked up who from the tone in their voice appeared to not wanna be there. I literally was like “hey I just wanted to let you know I was in last night and got really sick so you can avoid this happening again” and I kid you not, not a care given that I was really sick she literally said “okay” and hung up. Not even a sorry we got you sick as a dog or anything.

Wendy’s used to be one of the best most consistent fast food providers.
It’s evident the new owners have only one thing they care about, money.
The restaurant was dirty. The fountain Coke machine in the lobby was out of Coke!
Hamburger was warm not hot and cheese wasn’t even melted, would never happen when Dave was there!
Sad to see such a fall in quality.

Hand the kid my card. He takes it with a relatively clean hand. He then hands it back to me with a glove covered in grease. Maybe it’s late and he’s tired, but I’m not sure how you make that kind of mistake. Almost seemed malicious to me. Food wasn’t warm either.

This is second time I’ve done a mobile order and the food was incorrect. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and this makes the second time in two months I’ve gotten spicy chicken sandwich and I cannot eat spicy things because of my colon!. Will not return .

Never had anything from Wendy’s breakfast menu. Wasn’t that hungry, so just went with a medium seasoned potatoes, and a chocolate frostychino. The potatoes were awesome. Perfect amount of seasoning. This location was clean, and the staff was accommodating.
