The food was hot and fresh. Great food. Can’t complain at all. The cheeseburger was fantastic, and the fries were delicious. We were treated so well by the waitress. She is awesome. Clean restaurant. Service is wonderful. We will be back someday! Can’t say enough about how good everything was. We were seated right away, the server came to us immediately, and the drinks and appetizers arrived so quickly. You all are fantastic!

Great Place! If you go to this location. Ask for Eva. She was amazing, very nice and professional. We ordered the ribs, chicken Chipotle tenders, sausage, chips with three different dips, beef fajitas and chicken fajita plate, and definitely the mozzarella sticks. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. First time I concentrate only on the service that was provided, but most importantly was the service. I want to commend Eva for being our waitress, and we are definitely coming back because of her. Even if the food was terrible, we would come back because of her. Thank You Eva! Best waitress we have ever met!

Our experience was beyond exceptional tonight! Our server was beyond attentive and very friendly along with their manager who was first hand alongside the table checking up on not only us but every table. Everything came out fresh and hot and we had the best service by far from any chilis as we frequent with our family of six. Cleanliness, friendliness, service was top notch and definitely on point.

Thank you to the great staff and management of Chili’s in McAllen! We have taken a large group of students every year for the past 3 years, and service is always quick and friendly. They accommodate our large group on one big table, and customer service is excellent!

During a recent visit, my meal had a strong taste and smell of kitchen degreaser. I immediately brought this to the server’s attention and requested another dish, but the replacement had the same issue. It appears that prepared meals were placed next to, or cooked with, pans and tools contaminated by cleaning chemicals. As a result, I could not finish my plate, yet I was still charged for the meal. This should never occur, and I trust steps will be taken to prevent it in the future.

I recently dined at Chili’s and had an exceptional experience! I ordered the Sirloin with shrimp and asparagus, and it was perfectly cooked—tender and flavorful with just the right amount of seasoning. The side of corn on the cob with chili and lemon added a refreshing, spicy twist. To top it off, I also tried the brisket quesadillas, which were packed with smoky flavor and melted cheese, making each bite deliciously satisfying.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Chili’s location. The restaurant was full of gnats, which made it extremely uncomfortable to eat. On top of that, our server, Andrea, barely attended to us. We were left without napkins, no refills, and overall very poor service.
I expected a much better dining experience. Definitely not returning until the cleanliness and customer service improve.

Went to this chilis last night on a date to meet up with someone an hour away, ordered a tripple dipper (the best) and under the recommendation of the nicest server Mr. Edgar F., ordered the strawberry marg.
