Typical college campus pizza joint that opens through late night hours. Probably ok pizza if you’re drunk or haven’t appreciated better pizza.
Was disappointed with my visit. The crust tasted like cardboard… A result of the dough is not properly fermented. Low grade cheese that didn’t melt..it was just like a pile of glue scraps.
Workers were okay. Interior seating area was okay, neither overly dirty nlr sparkly clean, considering the traffic. volume

After seeing Hamilton we wanted a night time bite. We had heard good things about Christian’s Pizza. They sell pizza by the slice and have a quiet few different types to choose from. It wasn’t overly busy but they were a few other people in there from the show as well. I got a meat combo slice and my wife got a slice of cheese. We grabbed a couple of chairs at one of the window booths and waited for them to warm up our slices. The pizza was excellent! I’d have to say it’s probably in my top three in the Richmond area. Nice, thin and crispy dough. The sauce was very tasty and so were the toppings. After midnight the slices go down to $2.95. There is no better late night, grab a bite place in Richmond then this place. They had a good amount of seating inside and also some outdoor table and chairs. I would highly recommend stopping by and grabbing yourself some of their great pizza!

Guys please be aware of the way they Charge you, have tested it thrice & was over-charged all the 3 times. All the pricing they display is wrong, they take advantage of lot of crowd, late night drunk people who normal trust & dont ask for a receipt. They put the charge of pizza’s at their own will.
Please demand a bill every-time you pay.
Cheese Pizza is 2.7$ after 11 PM, he had charged me 4.75$.
Similarly chicken Pizza should have been 3.75$, charged me 5$. I only realized this because I keep asking for receipts. When asked they claim it’s some special Pizza.
Also charges 0.25 named a “Bottled Water”, which js an outright scam. When i confronted. He said it was the charge for the box. So when we buy pizza by slices & eat in, we grab it in our hands?

This was our first time here and it was great pizza, I had a steak calzone and my wife had pizza with beef. It’s the closest to NYC pizza out here. The area was a lil rough being a college town. But being from NYC we were good lol. I definitely recommend going here if u want great pizza.

This place used to be the Go to Pizza spot for the downtown VCU area. They’ve fallen way off the quality cliff. The integrity is long gone as well . The Pizza quality is cheap but Watch out that won’t stop em from over charging you if you not paying attention.
CAN DRINKS BE EXPIRED CHECK THE DATES. They will sell it to you no problem and if you not aware you stomach sure will flag you shorty after consuming trust me.
Barely washing their hands and sometimes it smells like a dirty mop over what’s supposed to be a pleasant smell of fresh pizza. They need a revival because the future of this joint is Thumbs down for sure

Late night pizza worth the wait. Can’t go wrong ordering a few slices after a night of drinking. I don’t really like their crust. I think their dough isn’t fully fermented which if you’re drunk you probably won’t care.

Lot of variety.. even if you go for a single slice, it’s pretty big, good enough for one person. I got a buffalo chicken with peppers slice and it tasted really good. It was around $4.50 and i thought it was worth it!! It’s open till late so go and grab a slice and you won’t be disappointed!!

The taste of Christians is out of this world! And if you’re hungry you shall be fed! They don’t play around with the service it is wonderful as well! They cater to every need and then they get the job done as well with the way the food is prepared and tastes!

I would eat Christians 3x/wk or more when I went to VCU. If that gives you perspective. The crust is perfect.

Some friends just moved to Richmond, so I wanted to show them Christian’s. Unfortunately, they forgot to add the cheese to my pizza. Honestly, I can’t imagine how it made it into the box without someone noticing. We called twice and no one was able to help replace the pizza or give a refund, so we we’re stuck with a soggy, cheese-less pie. I hadn’t been in a while, but I guess I shouldn’t have come back when there are so many other options that are more reliable and taste better.
