IF YOU DON’T WANT TO HAVE A BAD DAY, DON’T GO TO THAT STORE, THE WORST SERVICE I’VE HAD IN MY 42 YEARS OF LIFE, I CAME FROM ORLANDO TO ONE OF MY DAUGHTER’S COMPETITION AND SHE WANTED TO EAT A HAMBURGER AND WE DECIDED TO ORDER ONLINE, WHEN I PASSED THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU THE PERSON WHO SERVED ME WAS VERY RUDE, I ASKED FOR NAPKINS AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE DIDN’T HAVE ANY BUT AT THE COUNTER SHE HAD A PACKAGE AND I TOLD HER PERP I’M SEEING THEM THERE AND SHE TOLD ME ARE NOT THOSE FOR CUSTOMERS FTW??? I TOLD HER THEN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR WHERE IS YOUR MANAGER AND NO ONE CAN SOLVE MY PROBLEM. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD VERY BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER ATTENTION, WE, THE CUSTOMERS, ARE THE ONES WHO KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN, SO LEARN TO SERVE, RUDE PEOPLE

Ordered a whopper, they gave a cold whopper jr, ordered a coke they gave me sprit.
Update: No real resolution, dislocation has made many errors on orders and the last couple of visits. “Support Specialist”Jessica refused any form of compensation for time lost an incorrect items given, beyond refunding for just one meal. Not to mention try to trick me into accepting the Burger King crowns from their app that’s worth less than the actual meal that I paid for. We’ll just go down the road to McDonald’s for Little League now.

Bad customer service. There was no one in the restaurant and the order still was slow and wrong I order large hot coffee and they brought me iced coffee.
cashier was very rude as well I’ll never go back to this location.

It is exciting to find people who do an incredible job when serving customers!!!!….wou…wou…until I found Michelle, incredible, cheerful, respectful, very professional. She made the difference in her shift working at this restaurant. Thank you Burger King, thank you for having a worker like Michelle.

I go to this drive through at least weekly because their Whoppers and Whopper Jr. Burgers are really good (usually). Their Drive Through Customer Service is pathetic (usually). Rude and disrespectful to a customer when they make a mistake and get called on it. NEVER get a “Thank You” and act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order and giving you the change. Had one employee tell me I couldn’t have the 2 for $5 Whopper Jr. Special because I ordered “2 Whopper Jr.s” and not say “2 for $5” at the microphone, I left w/o my meal. This location is the worst B.K. location that I have EVER been to in 50 plus years all over America.

given my experience with Burger King I asked them if they can give me a crispy chicken sandwich instead of the usual sauce she said no it’s already made, but I was in the drive-through line for at least 15 minutes so it could’ve been made but as usual the chicken sandwich I got was like mashed potatoes so I didn’t have a crispy chicken sandwich. I had a mash chicken sandwich I give up on Burger King and their soft crispy chicken sandwich

There were 4 cars in the drive thru so we walked in. We were 2nd in line and we waited 15 minutes for 2 whopper Jr’s and a chicken sandwich. Which were barely warm. I need to set a reminder not to use this location.
