If I could give negative stars for the restaurant itself, I would.
So, I have a very quick lunch break and I decided to come to this Carl’s Jr. right off the corner of imperial Highway and Western Avenue. I see some menu items on the window out front and so I’m looking for these items on the menu board and cannot find them.I asked the girl at the counter where I could find the prices for these items and she asked the guy that’s working the drive-through, this rude individual tells me; “Well, you’re just gonna have to ask for the prices. They’re not on the menu.” This was probably the rudest individual I had spoken to at a fast food restaurant in a while. Gone are the days apparently where an employee is polite and cares about a potential customers impression of the employee or the restaurant itself. In an attempt to express my distaste for his attitude, the young gentleman proceeded to ignore me and my comments about his rudeness towards me. I decided not to order food and I will not be visiting this location ever again. I wish people really understood how the impression given by one individual can affect the overall picture.

Hamburger was good and the service fast but the fryer oil needs to be changed more often. The onion rings were dark.

The posted hours say the drive thru closes at 12 midnight. I arrived before 11:30 pm and finally after about a few minutes of hellos and going around twice an employee answers and tells me they close early

Paid 49 bucks for entire order to be wrong. Lady spoke Spanish couldn’t understand anything and I had to repeat myself numerous times. I’m already too far from this place to return. Assistant Manager Jesus didn’t provide much comfort. Said they gave my order to car in front of me. I have to come all the way back to get a refund. I asked can my son eat the burger since he’s starving and I still get my refund. He said no. I have to bring everything back and won’t get anything extra for my gas, time, or frustration. Wack!

The food was great, the service also great. My husband and I were driving through and decided to stop for some food. We had never been to this Carl’s Jr. before. I don’t have anything against the homeless, and when I am able, I like to help them. I gave two stars to the atmosphere because there was a homeless guy eating there that came to us asking me to go to the restroom with him. After this comment from that guy, we received our food and left to eat in our car.

We have been out in the cold, so we stopped in to get a drink. They don’t serve coffee at 6 pm, so we tried Dr. Pepper, but they were sold out. 3rd option was root beer. They have it but it was $5.00 just for a medium drink. I could have gotten a whole meal for that price somewhere else.
