Sports bar atmosphere. Great wings (I sampled one of my companion’s ), but I was trying to eat healthy and got a salad and loaded cauliflower (which was delish). Salad could use more greens, but had lots of chicken! Good fountain soda and good beer selection. Attentive service.

This place has the absolute best wings in the area!! I can’t tell you how much I love this place!! The blue cheese alone is finger licking flipping amazing!!! Always crispy and hot but moist in the middle wings!! I’ll choose this place over any wing place in the area!! It’s a must go!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Friday afternoon we went to Wings And Rings at 1020 El Jobean Rd, Port Charlotte, in the Town Center drive across from Red Lobster. TBH I wasn’t expecting much, given the reviews I’ve read online, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is just another example to read everything with a grain of salt and find out things for yourself.
We arrived and waited a minute before anyone knew, but it gave us time to look around. The place is much larger than we had thought and it was not only spacious, but clean as well. They do have outside seating, but since it was humid, we opted for inside. It was cool but comfortable. Our wait person, Desiree, asked what we wanted to drink. While she was off getting the Diet Cokes, we had time to look at the menu and it was extensive.
My wife ordered the boneless wings, plain with a side of onion rings with bleu cheese dip. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Ranch burger with a side of rings and bleu cheese dip. When our food came out, it at first did not look like much b/c they were placed in oversize bowls. so it was deceiving. We both thought that the onion rings were some of the BEST we ever had! You could taste the beer batter and it was not greasy at all! They were crisp and flavorful. We both were NOT impressed by the bleu cheese dip. I would love to try some of the Ghost Pepper Ranch dip next time. My wife said that the boneless wings were delicious. She was very happy with them. I can say the same thing for my Ghost Pepper Ranch burger! It was very flavorful and the roasted jalapeños on top were a great addition. The heat was good and not overpowering. All in all we really enjoyed our meal. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was decent, given this is a sports bar. There are plenty of TVs to grab your attention. We will be back and think this place is a decent place to recommend people to try. I think you will find it a good option. Try it out and see!

The soft pretzel appetizer was very good, the cheese dip is delicious. Our server was attentive but not overbearing.. Please may I have more celery and maybe a few carrots .

Wings and Rings is great! The wings are the best! You have to try the sweet smoking onion rings! Amazing!! The staff is friendly and the food is always delivered hot and fresh!

Went out to lunch today and Rochelle was our server/bartender and she was amazing, great service, very bubbly personality, and was just all around great. The food is always good here but I will be back especially because Rochelle 🙂

Very long time customers. Food was great as always, service was great, waitress was amazing. The only issue this trip was one of the two appetizer plates had food on it. Simple mistake. Still 5*!!

Great place to watch a game or a family night out. Very family friendly. We always visit when the grandkids are in town. The food is nothing fancy, but you can’t beat great wings!

Awesome food, with great service and tons of Tv’s to watch your favorite sports team on.. Plus The beers are always ice cold. It does however get loud in there, especially on Sundays during football season, so be prepared but it’s still a great place to eat. Great place for kids as well.
