Dunkin has a great selection of ice cream and plenty of donut options, and the fact that the store is open 24 hours is very convenient. However, the service is extremely poor. The environment is often unprofessional, with staff talking or arguing among themselves even when customers are present. This really affects the overall experience.

Even though there were two employees working, the food was not prepared properly. One girl was doing all the work, while the guy wearing glasses was busy on his phone and didn’t bother taking orders or helping. The store would be much better if the staff were more professional and worked as a team.

Why would you guys knowingly serve this to customers, you made it didn’t you? You can see the cheese is burnt and the tortilla is over cooked. Why would you even put it in the bag? Yall just do not care or hate yalls job or something stop playing with people’s food and money. Terrible!

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The store may look clean, but that’s literally the only good thing I can say.

There is a guy with specs and long height who is the absolute worst. No greeting, no smile, nothing—just pure attitude. He acts like customers are a burden. When there is a rush and so many customers are waiting, instead of helping the girls at the counter, he just disappears inside. Like seriously? People are standing there frustrated, and he just walks off. That is beyond unprofessional.

Every time I come in, I see him on his phone. Not working, not helping, just scrolling like he’s at home chilling. Meanwhile, orders are slow, customers are confused, and staff is clearly struggling.

Service is painfully slow. Orders are messed up, drinks don’t taste consistent, and nobody seems to care if you’re unhappy. There is zero customer service vibe here. No energy, no teamwork, no management control.

This store badly needs proper management. Staff needs training, discipline, and basic manners. Clean store doesn’t matter if the service is trash. I come for coffee and good service, not attitude and ignorance.

Honestly, very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin. I have had my order messed up before due to the worker not being able to understand me over the speaker in the drive thru. However, today after I repeated myself multiple times to check that my order was correct it was still wrong and I was overcharged. I wasn’t upset I just went inside to get a refund and the cashier checked with the worker at the window about the order. I explained that I had clarified the order and it was still wrong. The worker at the window was very rude and the cashier had to usher him away because of his attitude. I was not given a refund but instead offered something else in its place. I’m not upset about my order being messed up it’s the response from the worker that was unwarranted and unnecessary.

I pick up Dunkin’ from this location, at least two times a week. I use my mobile ordering app, which is very efficient. I have never had to wait for my coffee when I get there. The staff is wonderful and always polite and friendly.
I’m choosing to review today because the parking lot is a literal “skating rink”. There is only 1-2 parking spots that are safe and clear of snow and ice. I was waiting to get in the driveway and a car was coming out of the driveway and slid straight down into the street because it is just one sheet of ice. Apparently they didn’t plow in enough time and it is all frozen over. They really need to throw down a bunch of ice melt or salt because it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. I mentioned it to one of the employees and was told that they have informed the owner of the situation. I hope it gets remedied quickly.

Do not go to the drive-thru of this place.

Person taking the order did not understand a single word I said and charged me for an extra donut and added bacon to my sandwich (didn’t ask for either but was in a hurry and didn’t check). Pulled up and was met with a very rude person, took my card and then balled up and threw out the receipt instead of handing it to me (very unprofessional and if I had time would have asked for the manager, always offer the receipt). Was confused on the price being so high and found out as I drove off of the additions.

Food was stale as soon as I got it and overcooked. Donuts were completely the wrong type, not at all what I asked for.

Dunkin, please train your drive-thru staff and cooks better. I had a craving (totally gone now, not in a good way) and definitely will not ever visit this location again. I miss the old days when you actually cared and had amazing service and food.

December 10th around 11:45 I went through the drive through and ordered a Brown Sugar espresso and a breakfast sandwich. When I got the espresso drink, it tasted very watered down and just not good, so I told that to the young girl at the window and she very politely and kindly offered to remake it for me. Very very professional and polite. No question, no attitude, no dirty looks, just thoughtful and respectful. This girl deserves a raise.

Normally I try not to give bad ratings unless the experience was really that bad, but from the moment I stopped by I felt frustrated by the service

1. The first guy that answered the drive through was speaking so fast I genuinely couldn’t understand what he was saying
2. Then a lady took over the phone who seemed to be having a bad day based on her tone of voice, she was understandable but then couldn’t understand what I was saying and asked me to pull up
3. I asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy and it looks like they burned my croissant !! Why?

My thing is this— you work in a service industry. I get that you don’t get paid a lot and people have bad days, fine. But if I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns why would you burn my croissant ? It’s my first meal all day I’m hungry.

I don’t feel like it was intentional just sloppy service. The problem is that it wasn’t even like they were busy. There were 3 people working and 0 customers.

I’m sorry to even have to leave a review like this, but I have to warn others that the food & service is subpar. Wish I went somewhere else

Absolutely terrible customer service. They have a bell on their door that rings when you walk in the building and I was still ignored for 10 minutes, and I was the only person in the building. Their drive-through takes priority. I watched multiple cars pull in the parking lot get their order and leave before anyone even approached me. I said excuse me probably five times one guy walked up and looked at me. I explained what I was looking for and he just walked away and another guy came up about five minutes later and actually helped me but he said he was just here for training.. How can you train an employee and leave out the most important part customer service
