They never have milkshakes or any kind of ice cream every time I go there and lines are usually slow. Several times at night around 11pm to 12:00 am you can get in drive thru with no one in line ahead of you and even though their open, no one will take your order even if you sit and wait and a few other times they closed really early when they were supposed to be open. Its very aggravating. There are way too many McDonalds around to have to be dealing with all that just because their closest. Cant say Id expect anything less sitting on E. Main St. though.

I placed an order for breakfast 12/10/25 at 10:14 am. I arrived at the McDonald’s restaurant #24544 at 10:40 am. The gentleman that took my code was polite, but I pulled to the second window and the girl working it was very rude. Told us she wouldn’t be giving us our items and would only give us “available” items: the sprite and hash browns because it was after breakfast. I told her I placed the order before breakfast and already paid. She got short with me and said that since breakfast was over they couldn’t make it and to cancel the order. She said, with the most hostile, snotty attitude, “Well, if you had come 10 minutes earlier, we would have made it.” They’d already accepted the order so I couldn’t cancel it. Then when I showed her I couldn’t, she got her manager who was also, just as rude and told me that I could only get the available options. I told her I didn’t want anything, wanted a refund, I’d go eat somewhere else. She shrugged and said, “Go eat somewhere else” and was very short with me. It took way too much back and forth and they refunded me the “available” items. They claim what was unavailable will be refunded through the app but I HIGHLY doubt it. Long story short, we went to Taco Bell and the gentleman serving us was nothing but polite and respectful. I’ll also be letting the BBB know as this is not the first time I’ve ordered and paid for breakfast just to show up and have the employee get an attitude. The app should come with a warning or maybe the restaurant should honor the order at the time it was placed. Im furious not at the lack of food as much as the immediate hostility of the workers.

Christopher at the window was so helpful. Explained one option for me very well and when I got to the window itself seemed to be in great spirits and happy chatting w a co worker working nearby. I encouraged him to keep that energy at work you should enjoy yourself and work congruently as often as humanly possible. He was well spoken and respectful ❣️

I came in around 5:20 pm on a Sunday night. The crew was a little distracted but nice and my food was hot and fresh the lobby and bathroom were clean, no lines and I ordered on my phone and the kiosk.

Pulled up at 12:56 and was told I couldn’t order food because they where already closed. If I read their times right I am pretty sure they serve food for another 4 minutes. Lazy employees.

Terrible food and service ! I went through the drive through and the first issue was I asked for no ice , he gave me my drink with ice and immediately closed the window then walked away . I waited blowed my horn . No one came to the window. I just got home my sons fries are cold and the nuggets are stale .

This McDonald’s ruined my experience. I placed a mobile order, paid, and received my code, but when I arrived, they claimed I hadn’t paid and didn’t give me my order. I’ve already complained to corporate. The staff’s response was rude and embarrassing — how could I have a code if I hadn’t paid? I won’t be returning.

This McDonald’s is the reason why I will never spend my money at any other McDonald’s ever again. Place a mobile app order, paid and received my code but when I get there, they say I didn’t pay and didn’t give me my order. I already made a complaint to the corporate for this. It was embarrassing and rude of them! If I didn’t pay for the order, how did I get a code to pick up?
