Fast, friendly, and thoughtful service! Staff and esp the person to took our order was kind and accommodating. They quickly understood our dietary restrictions and customized a delicious pizza exactly to our preferences. They even used a fresh cutter and offered a side plate to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this MOD Pizza. We will visit again when we’re in the area and craving pizza!

For someone who usually doesn’t leave bad reviews… this one deserved it. I Went to mod pizza for lunch and my pizza was not cooked at all, the pizza had a play-dough consistency. I couldn’t even pick up a full slice without it falling apart, it was chewy and just mush/ slop. I’ve been here several times before and it’s usually great, but I think whoever was working had no care in the world and was just terrifyingly bad at their job.

I’ve been coming to this Mod since High School and have never had an issue with them. The staff has always been super friendly and the food has always been good. Ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered tonight, and got a completely different pizza than what I ordered.
For example, I ordered salami, bacon, sliced tomato, red onion, pineapple, and spinach. I instead received chicken, no pineapple, no bacon, no sliced tomato, shredded basil and no spinach.
When I called the delivery support to request a refund for the one pizza, they said they couldn’t issue me a refund for my pizza but could remake me a pizza. After we already waited 40 minutes for these pizzas… I didn’t want to waste the pizza, as we do not need 3 pizzas and I also do not want to wait another 40 minutes for my order to be corrected. Super frustrating and disappointing.

We ordered a pizza for my kids after gymnastics practice. I put the pick up time to be 7:45pm. We got to the restaurant at 7:35pm. I was greeted by Ellie very warmly. She asked the name of my order. He told me it’s not ready. And then he offered drinks for my kids and I while waiting. I fell that we were treated very well as customers. Thank you Ellie for making our experience so great. ❤️❤️❤️

I created my own pizza AND created my own salad for today’s Door Dash delivery and I was wonderfully surprised!!
Started off the pizza with a pesto base, garlic rub and olive oil, then LOADED it with chopped garlic, fresh basil, chicken, mushrooms, artichokes, black olives, plant-based Italian sausage, roasted garlic, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, Feta cheese, topped with a Pesto drizzle!! THIS pizza was the BOMB‼️
I also created my own salad: Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, chopped garlic, basil, Greek herb & Tahini dressing, Parmesan cheese, feta, Gorgonzola cheese, chicken, mushrooms, black olives, artichokes (yumm!!), roasted peppers, roasted broccoli, roasted garlic, chickpeas, diced tomatoes, anchovies, fresh rosemary and oregano.
Simply scrumptious and brilliantly delicious!!
Update: July 5, 2022 Another scrumptious pizza I created and ordered via GrubHub (photo below): cauliflower pizza crust, garlic rub, artichokes, roasted broccoli, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, grilled chicken, anchovies, spinach, oregano, finishing sauce: pesto drizzle. Delectable!!

i was staying at the Hampton Inn nearby so i ordered online for pickup. i got there a little early and my pizza and breadsticks were ready. they had to make my shake which i appreciate that they make it when you arrive so it doesn’t melt. i took everything back to the hotel and enjoyed everything so much. the thin crust was thin and crispy just the way i like it. the breadsticks were flavorful (i added Sriracha to the pizza and breadsticks which they have at the pizza shop). the milkshake was delicious and the perfect consistency. i really love the BBQ chicken pizza but i ended up adding garlic, cilantro, and roasted garlic.

I enjoyed my visit to MOD Pizza. I had never visited but had heard good things. The Woodinville location is pretty large with a lot of seating. When I visited at around 9pm there were only a few groups. I was surprised though that it got really busy a little bit after we arrived. I would say it was maybe half full by the time we left. The staff were helpful and patient. The staff seemed to have a good camaraderie going and were overall easy going. I was impressed with the different options available for pizza. I ended up going with the Tristan but adding sausage, corn, and broccoli. The MOD size pizza was definitely a generous portion. I ended up eating 2/3rd of the pizza and saving the rest for the next day. The pizza came out piping hot and tasted great. All the components were high-quality and fresh. MOD is definitely a step up from other chains. I also tried my partner’s pizza with non-dairy cheese, chicken BBQ sauce, artichoke hearts, and Mama’s lil peppers. It was really good especially considering the non-dairy cheese. I also had the seasonal blueberry milkshake and it was creamy and not too sweet. I came away impressed and would happily go to MOD again.
