Asked for nothing but 3 patties. Every Wendy’s I’ve been too has been able to accommodate. After telling the counter clerk no less than 5 times, they charged me for 3 single sandwich meals…finally just said forget and walked out. I understand that this may be an entry level job, but come on, have some pride in your work!

Literally always the worst. I have given them my last chance. Go ahead any Monday night pull up to the drive thru at 9 pm and just see. They always tell you it will be a few minutes and then you sit there for 5-10 minutes before they’re back to take your order. Either they are refusing to staff adequately or are trying to get people to leave.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When we went through the drive-thru, the employee had difficulty understanding our order, so we politely asked several times if we could place it at the window. Instead of accommodating, the worker was rude and dismissive.
What concerned us even more was that one of the drinks we received appeared to have been tampered with, which is a serious health and safety issue.
Professionalism and respect should always be a priority, and unfortunately this visit fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this matter promptly so other customers do not have the same experience.

The only reason why I’m giving this 3 stars is because, one they made my sandwich right with the exception of one side being burned. I tried taking a bite, and hurt my tooth trying to even pull a bite off and two, The strawberry lemonade is awesome, but the fries were OK.

Went through the drive through today8/17/1025 at approximately 3:45 pm ordered two six piece nuggets and a Oreo brownie frosty. The girl on the drive through tried to keep my debit card and when I asked for it she said nice catch then slammed the window shut, then when she came back with my bag of food as soon as she handed to me and again slammed the window shut shut no frosty. Could not get her attention so had to park and go in to get it. Met with Nasty mood.

I have lived in the area for 25 years and would drive past this one and go the other one in town due to this always being sub par. Today I tried this location one last time. I will never go to this one again.

They need to shut this Wendy’s down! It took forever for someone to take my order (be mindful only one car was in front of me). The person who took my order (who was the manager) got my order wrong. Instead of a Dave’s Double, I got a CHEESEBURGER. My kids fruit punch boxes did not have the straws attached to them. I received 2 drink straws for what I don’t know because I did not order any drinks. They just seem unorganized and unprofessional. Really bad experience. I will not be going back.
