You see that we finished our plates right? But, here’s the thing… it was on Thanksgiving and I wanted to have breakfast with my wife and her mother. Ms Patricia had just walked in to her shift and greeted us, “I’ll be right with you all.” I guess when that happened everyone hungry person in the area decided to come to this place and give Ms Patricia all the business. It got bad… forgotten bacon, wrong eggs, free waffle (lol)… I couldn’t get her attention to complain. She straightened out our missing items and deserved every part of her 50% tip. Working hard for the money in 2024 looks like stress. I’m thankful that the food was consistently good.

I got a pecan waffle and ordered of bacon, my son got the steak and egg breakfast. The food was great. Our server was very attentive and made sure our coffee cup was not empty. It was busy and with the rush of people the restaurant was clean.

It was my first time at a Waffle House and it was amazing! Jennifer took such good care of us – she was very friendly and helpful, and was on top of our coffee refills. The food came out quick and hot, and was delicious. The store itself was very clean.

Omg the worst it has been!!! Dirty dirty dirty not clean to sit have food served to you. Getting dirty looks for saying to wipe down table tops that should automatically be wiped down once someone leaves the table. No wet soapy rags to clean with only some water on paper towels. Lawwwwdddd I never seen nothing like. Way too many workers there to not have the proper care of the place being cleaned after people leave attended to the tables or bar tops. Like what happened to representation of where you work to be clean and presentable place. Also bottles that are empty need to be checked filled up for other customers when they sit down to eat. The workers just standing around not filling up bottles on the tables that are empty & not wiping down tables that are filthy is just lazy. It’s not that hard work to wipe tables after people leave with a hot soapy rag and fill up empty bottles of sauce. Who really wants to sit down to have sticky mess greasy tables all over they clothes where they sit. Dirty looks attitude because workers are not keeping it clean upkeep when you are there to have a pleasant meal. No direction of leadership anymore. Workers can do way better. Slacking Big Time!!!!

Tonight has been the worst experience I’ve had going to a waffle house. Me and my wife were visiting here and wanted something to eat decided to go to this establishment upon arriving there were 2 cars already sitting so we guessed they were open. I get out and walk up to the walk and and as seen in the pics the workers were inside and no one came to the window to even assist or say anything. As one of the cooks turned and looked me right into my face I asked thru the window “are you all closed?” He said nothing and continued his conversation their was a waiter also sitting at the counter that turned around, looked and turned her back to me as if she didn’t see me. The same cook that I asked the question to again looked at me again and still stated nothing so as they continued to cook food because there was food on the grill no one said anything until I asked again for the third time if they were closed and the cook finally said the words “we’re closed”. There should have at least been some kind of acknowledgment of what was going due to as I’ve known waffle house opens 24 hours and this was at 12:45am. The people there were not professional nor should this type of behavior of treating people like this should be accepted.

I ordered online and the total being $21.98. WAS NOT WORTH IT! I ordered a patty melt with double hash browns topped with chilli, onions, jalapeño, & cheese. & a chocolate chip waffle. The hash browns were barely cooked & they forgot the cheese & onions and it only had like 2 jalapeños (mind you, each topping is an extra $0.65). The waffle also was not cooked thoroughly, it still had some batter. The service was just okay, but for my food to have been sitting on the counter as if it was “ready” someone should’ve looked and made sure the order was correct. So I decided not to leave a tip on the app because I wanted to in person…and im so glad I didn’t. I guess it’s true what they say, you have to go to the hood for some good food. I won’t be returning.

Best and cleanest Waffle House in the Columbus area!!! ❤️If you want good food and great service, at an affordable price, you’ll find it here! We stopped by for dinner and were very pleased. The server was friendly, fast and efficient. Our food was fresh and the meals hot and tasty. We had the all-star which is the best deal hands down ⭐️. We unfortunately didn’t have room for their scrumptious pies, but next time we’ll have that first! I give them an A++ for the food, the friendly service and the welcoming environment. You’ll return often if you live in the area.
