Lately the level of customer service that is strived for in the latest generations has been anything from comical to offensive to unacceptable and I was losing faith fast.
Until I went to Arby’s and Antoinette helped me out.
If I could give only one 5 star review out a year .. I would give it to her. She was polite, informative, thorough and intelligent. Before she gets swooped up by a better job.. have her train the entire food service workforce. Thanks in Advance. J

Got the loaded Italian, because it looked like for 9 dollars, the amount of meat on it was worth it. Upon getting it, it was held together like there was nothing in between. The lettuce was paper thin and looked nasty in the sauce. No cheese, two peppers. Absolutely not worth the price anymore. Stick to yellow basket if you wanna pay 10 bucks

Always a great time at Arby’s, the burger is not back even though signs are posted, which is why I went but nope so used a coupon and got a slider. However always a great establishment and great customer service

Came in late afternoon. There was maybe 3 people in the restaurant 6 crew member, so it was very slow. I chose to dine in. Almost every table was dirty. I dine for maybe 30 minutes. Not a single member of the establishment came out to clean. I’ve done fast food before it takes 5 to 10 minutes to do a quick wipe. Especially during how slow it was at this restaurant during the visit. Plus i asked for curly fries and gave mostly crinkled cut at the bottom and covered it with curly fries.

I came to Arby’s for their new quarter pound brisket sandwich and the quarter pound pork sandwich. The new barbecue sauce is inspired by Anthony Anderson and Cedric the entertainer. I only tried the sweet barbecue sauce and it was delicious. The brisket was so tender and plentiful. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. My daughter had the pork sandwich and she enjoyed it as well. I visited another location a few days later and again everything was on point!

Ordered the Classic Cheesesteak Meal. What I got was a pepper sandwich with steak condiment on a soggy wet roll. I wasn’t a fan, to begin with, and I tried to give it a chance. I’ve had 3x better for a third of the price. This was what was left after attempting to remove the peppers.

I ordered a meal with zucchini they told me the zucchini was cooking and after I finished my lunch I asked about it and she asked the Cook and he said he never started cooking it so they ended up giving me my money back and I left .

Waited over 45 minutes for an order, and there’s nobody in the lobby or drive-through. Service here is extremely unprofessional, not to mention employees are arguing in front of customers. Don’t trust it. All the front employee was telling me is that they’re sorry that the kitchen is so slow. Inexcusable
