Typical fast food chain. Service has been good and quick. Whenever I’m in the area to visit my cousin and family. I will treat out my nieces and nephew to BK. The restaurant is clean and bright. I’ve had only one issue when I ordered via drive thru. I ordered chicken nuggets and was given the jalapeño poppers in error. They corrected this error and ok’d for me to keep the poppers.

Atmosphere is poor. You feel rushed which sucks. Service is always super slow and the drive thru menu has been broken for MONTHS!

Not impressed with multiple locations. Bonneylake location I’ve had the manager tell me to stop helping a homeless woman get her car running. And if I didnt she would beat me up. Then the river road location told me if I wanted a spoon with my order I would be charged $1.97 addition for the spoon. I was also told I could not get any hot water but was offered cold water. Hot water was no longer an option at this location. These were both take out orders as the customer service experience has not ever been enjoyable. Neither was the food at either locations. It was cold. I was rushed to make an order and was looked down at for making how I wanted it ordered. I’ll go elsewhere to eat for better experiences moving forward.

I’ve eaten at this store for decades. It has always been the gold standard for BK anywhere I go in the country. Sadly though, yesterday *2-19-26* I had my typical OCS w/ extra mayo, large OR and a bottle of water.
I was sick with terrible stomach pains and horrible diarrhea. Lettuce seemed to be the culprit.
Interestingly, my wife ordered an OCS on her way to work yesterday at the Cooper pt rd location in Olympia and she too was, and still is violently ill. Again, Lettuce seems to be the culprit.
For corporate……. please investigate your produce supplier.

I almost said something. The employee helping me made a mistake by letting a person go early when they were short staffed. I understand this is bad, but not only did the manager call him out on it in front of customers, he and the other staff were relentlessly bagging on this employee the entire time I was there. Loudly, with customers at the counter. This is wrong and horrible behavior, especially from a manager. Do better.

I’ve stopped several times in the last 3 years or so, and the burgers I’ve ordered have always been excellent! I’ve stopped at 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. The Texas Whopper I ordered really did look like the picture in the ad! Tastes great and looks well made, and wrapped nicely. Employees are always friendly.

Every time I come here I am greeted with smiles and served immediately with effort. Jojo goes above and beyond every single time. I am picky, and generally have complicated orders – that is never an issue for her.

I no longer use the drive-thru because they kept messing up and shorting me on my order. But now that I go inside I am able to check my order without being ignored when they make a mistake and get it fixed without someone treating like it am lying.

Definitely feel rushed and like you are an inconvenience to the staff at this location if you have to order more than 1 item. I was trying to order two combo meals on the same ticket, nothing complicated at all, and the constant response was a very dry and annoyed, “is that all?”
