I just had the most awkward and frankly a bit humiliating experience here, which is quite a bummer since I’ve been a patron of Starbucks for 20 years, have spent thousands of dollars and am a gold card holder (I promise I’m not bragging, just explaining why it was awkward). I stopped in today to do some work and (forgot some paper clips), so I kindly asked if I could borrow a stapler to staple a few things real quick. The manager outright said no (wasn’t even cordial) about it. She said staples are too expensive (I only needed 12). I understand that my lack of carrying a stapler with me was COMPLETELY my fault, and it was a bit unconventional of a request. However, it seemed that it was a reasonable (and fairly cheap) request…I even offered to pay for the staples since there was not an office supply store in my line of travel for the day. It seemed like a pretty insignificant request but the denial was very awkward, especially (and I’m not bragging at all, I promise), I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Starbucks.

I was charged a venti but got a grande amount of coffee. Happens when I order DoorDash often. Look at the picture, I’m honestly mad about this. $7 a cup of coffee, quit free handing pours, use your measurement tools that’s provided for you smh

Anna was VERY PATIENT when I came in last week with our four kids. I highly appreciated her patience! THANK YOU! I didn’t catch the name of the lady making our kids’ drinks, but she had a smile on her face and seemed quite kind also as she was handing them their drinks. Kindness goes a long way! The Starbucks on North rangeline and South rangeline, and West 7th street, have all gotten my order correct and service was fast. Same for the Webb City Starbucks. Been to all 4 in the lasr 30 days.

This is my coffee shop. I go here every day, and more often than not, twice a day. This has proven to be the absolute epitome of consistency, both in service and product. The staff is always pleasant, and the café is always clean.

The service isn’t bad, but the wait is pretty long. I’ve waited in the drive-thru for around 15-20 minutes before and their drive-thru isn’t that long. I’m not sure why it’s that slow, but it doesn’t seem super efficient but the one further down range line I waited at for at least 20 minutes if not 30.

I get the same coffee every time and every time it is inconsistently made. Every weekend my boyfriend and I order and go in to pick it up and every time they have one of the coffees in the in store pick up area and the other one in the drive thru pick up area. How do you mess that up? The coffee is always inconsistent and watered down at this location. The team members are rude and avoid having to help you at all costs until you just stare them down in the eyes. If you’re in the drive thru you’re waiting forever for a coffee and make sure you don’t have a question at the window because they just shut the door in your face. It’s way too expensive to be getting watered down coffee and bad service! This team is lacking training, motivation, time management and good management. They truly embody laziness and lack customer service skills.
